Basically, I only need an ajax category filter ( with the same icons as the markers in the map). I know a bit of php, html and css coding… so do you think it is attainable?

It’s possible to put a map on the top. but the filter is by a dropdown box. ( http://prntscr.com/ekimx6 ). It’s from lava advanced map addon.

Hey guys,
I just wanted to make a suggestion for a future update or even as plugin! It would be great if you could create a option to use a mega menu. I find that the menu can be a bit sluggish with all the different dropdowns all over the place. Also mega menus (especially for directories) can be very appealing for those with many categories or search terms! Thanks!

i’m deciding which one to choose between Javo Directory and Javo Spot.
ABout this last one i hve tried your demo some time ago and remember that on search results page, when hovering with the mouse on a listing it was highlighted on the map. Have you removed this feature?
Also i want to know if Lava Advanced Listing Addon is included in Javo Spot and , if not, does it work with Javo Spot?

The feature is from a lava advanced map addon. You just need to setup the option.
The both themes use our own (map) framework. it’s just different design. Javo directory is with the grid plugin and Javo spot is with our shortcodes. Whichever you like you can purchase it.
The addons are working both of them. You need to purchase addons if you need any advanced features of the addons.

Same as @bibliothacaire – my maps are not functioning at at all. I am switching back to older version until you fix. Can you let me know when you do? I have cleared all caches, everything is updated. Just happened when I uploaded to most recent version.
I switched back to a previous date, it worked momentarily and when I cleared cache, it stopped. Makes me believe it is a conflict with the latest Wordpress update.
