I believe this theme needs some updates. With server php version that is newer than 7.2, it gives an error in the shop page: Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /xxx/xxx/xx…. /wp-content/themes/kable/inc/woocommerce/function.php on line 866 I don’t see this error when i downgrade to php 7.2

What’s wrong? I hear the Kable theme doesn’t support this Yith filter. Some designers have tried something, so I have a filter. But it doesn’t look good, doesn’t work well and doesn’t look at all like a beautiful Yith filter should look like.

1. Where can I change the tabs on the shoppage? My shoppage shows the tabs: All Products, Hot Products, New Products and Sales Products. I searched everywhere to change it: in the customizer, WPbakery, Gutenberg, widgets, pages. There is nowhere in the theme you can change something on this page. I also don’t see how to add products in these tabs. Where do I do that?

- But I think maybe you didn’t understand question 3. You are referring me to customize the footer, but I am talking about the backgroundcolour of the product images and thumbnails. - Question 4 and 5, I don’t see how I can add a screenshot here to show you. But you can see the grey lines of the table on this page http://demo.themepiko.com/kable/fashion/shop/retro-mens-sunglasses/ You see the grey table lines where SKU: piko-201924 and Category: Sunglasses are displayed. How do I get that?

If can, at the product detail page, allow displaying different buttons and URLs (to optimize for Affiliate and Dropshipping)?
Example URLs to:
1. Order (default always available) 2. Buy on Shopee 3. Buy on Lazada 4. Buy on Amazon 5. Zalo Messaging 6. Whatsapp messaging 7. Facebook Messaging
And more buttons and URLs will be added later. Vendor can show or unshow buttons when URL or none URL input

I create a new ticket, because I don’t get an answer to my last question. I want to request part of my payed support money back, because the ‘support’ I get is not sufficient, is taking forever and forces me to hire a developer to fix the bugs.
The last 2 months I reported some bugs and weeks later they are still not fixed.
1. The footer problem is still not solved. - a. It’s not fixed and it floats. It always floats at some pages, but at some pages where it looked fixed at the bottom of the page it floats (jumps up) immediately when you remove all product on the page. I have never seen a floating and not sticky footer ever, and I have had a lot of Wordpress themes before. This is really an issue of this theme. - b. Also it’s not possible to create a higher footer, higher than it is right now. I want it higher.
2. Yes you fixed the image sizes of the products (thanks for that) but you didn’t do that for the images sizes on my homepage in the category carrousel. I asked it several times, but still it’s not fixed.
I can’t postponed the launching of my website any longer untill you fixed the bugs, so I need to hire a developer to fix them if you won’t fix it. That’s why I request part of the support money back. Thanks for understanding.

First: I’m happy to get a reaction from you finally. But what you are writing about your hand is not clear. What are you saying exactly? I don’t understand what you are writing.
Second: the footerproblem and imagesize problem is not an issue of Dokan. Dokan works fine now, no problems. You need to read the last emails I sent you and what I wrote to you here. I think because of all this delay and writing about you not reacting you forgot what the problem is I need you to fix. It’s just the imagesize on the homepage and the floating footers that are also not sticky. That’s all. That has nothing to do with Dokan.
Can you suggest now how we are going to fix these two small issues and how soon? Because I need to close this chapter. I write you now for allmost two months to fix this. That’s far too long for such small issues. Thank you.

I checked my homepage to see the effect of the CSS you added. I see no change. The pictures still have different sizes so the CSS doesn’t work. You cannot expect customers to only upload images of a certain size to make it fit right in your theme. That’s just impossible and too much too expect from your clients. I had so many different themes and never had this problem with imagesizes. Please, look at the images again. You must have already seen yourself that the CSS you put has no effect. Even that did not work, but you expect your customers to go thrue an impossible task to search for images of just 1 size. That’s crazy.
Also the footer problem. The same here. I never encountered that with no other theme. Can’t you make it fixed for all pages. This looks like a complete mess on my website how it looks now.

Fresh Installation, the product swatch just does not work, however, my closest guess from the Author would probably like ” Your support expired, please renew ” that is what i found the whole night in here.

I am tired of waiting for you to contact me and help me with the issues your theme has. I wrote you a personal email on 18 November and asked for help. Since then I am waiting for you to help me, that’s almost 3 weeks I am waiting for someone who not only purchased your theme but also payed for support. You sent me just a few messages say the credentials don’t work, than you didn’t want to use the 2 step verification. It’s always something, but you don’t help. Because of your theme issues I already had to postpone the launch of my website. And I don’t hear from you and don’t know when I can launch, because you don’t help me fix the problems.
More over, I asked you to help me change the image sizes, the footer problems and the Google API problems your theme has. But now I made new discovers: the header of my website doesn’t have enough room to display 5 menu items, just 4 items. I tried for hours thinking I am doing something wrong. But after rearranging the order of the menu I found out it’s just your menu that has not enough room.
Another new problem is that your WPbakery widgets are not always adjustable. That also took me hours to discover it’s just the theme.
if you don’t have menu are space you need to use 4 item else need customize menu style or shorter word, you need to send me screenshot bakery widget not working widget area.
also send me your google map short code and frontend screenshot that you see its do not working

- Very strange I need to adjust my menu to make it fit in your header. That shouldn’t be the case when you use a theme for your website. But thanks for the clarification.
- The WPbakery widget that causes the most problems is the Newsletter shortcode. It’s not possible to align that in the centre of the page, it sticks at the leftside of the page. I tried to enable more options in your widget to adjust it, but it doesn;t display more options like a WPbakery widget of block should display. In your demo this widget is in the centre of the page, but on my website it’s impossible to change that. Of course with coding you can change that, but I don’t have coding skills. I also want this widget to be globally on my website. Once I manage to place the widget globally, but after trying something else, the theme doesn’t respond anymore to display it globally.
- Unfortunately you forgot to fix the footer problem. I explained that in a personal email with screenshots on 18 November. Please read that email. Not only is the height limited but it floats on several pages of my website. And the newsletter widget I want above the footer on the bottom of the page (so not in the footer). But it’s unclear if it is in the footer or above it.
- I already sent you the Google API on 30 November in a personal email. Please check your email of that date. And of course the API is already placed in the Dokan settings, so you can see it. I already contacted Google and they told me I need both the Geocoding API and the Places API. I activated both, but still the map is not loading. It always points to Dhaka and nothing else.

Part of my images are displaying in the wrong size again. Not all, but quit a few. That happened after I disabled your theme for a few minutes. Not only that but I also see an extra tab at the bottom of my product page. A tab with New Products, Featured Products, Offer Products and Rated products, displaying the products in this new tab. I never activated that new tab and don’t even know how to do that . Moreover, at some pages I see shortcodes of you displaying in the frontend and my logo is gone. I had to disable your theme to see if the problem with the affiliate plugin I told you about in a personal email was caused by a theme or plugin. You said it was coming from the third party plugin so I had to test all plugins by disabling it.
When activating your theme I see these strange changes. What is it with this theme? I’m sorry but it seems unstable and causing strange behaviour on the frontend. I like the design very much, but I encounter so many problems.

It’s unbelievable but suddenly the issue with Google API has also been solved. For weeks I am trying everything and Google also helping. Suddenly it works. I don’t know how this is possible, but I am glad. So that does need to be fixed anymore.
- So left are point 1 (disappeared widgets) and 2 (footer).
- One question though. You fixed the image sizes on the shoppage, but the sizes on my homepage at the categories carousel have still different sizes. Can that also be fixed?

I have 2 big problems:
1. This Kable theme has caused serious corefile changes on my website. A lot of errors are showing on several pages and even in my backend. My host support removed some of the errors, but not all is solved. I deleted the theme and related plugins, but the corefile changes remain. I’m afraid I will have to delete my whole Wordpress website.
2. After I installed Dokan PRO I still was not able to upload demo Food Directory. Right now I have deleted Dokan.
I need support for both problems here in a more private environment. Also I would like you to take a look in my backend to help me solve both problems. Where can we have contact in private?

You keep saying that I should first reinstall Dokan and Kable and after that you will look. But I am trying to tell you in all my emails I have removed Kable and Dokan, but still you see Kable on my website with a lot of error warnings and the removal caused corefile changes. So, NOW is the time to look at my website to see what happened, and not just look after I have deleted my website and reinstalled everything as you suggest.

I installed the Kable theme and followed all steps of the installation wizard. In that wizard I choose demo Food Directory. But this demo is not displayed on my website. Moreover, when I go to Demo Import page, only 4 demo’s are there: Default, Electronics, Fashion and Demo RTL. These are the only 4 demo’s I can choose from. While on themeforest I see 12 demo’s. I checked the documentation to see if I forgot a step, but I can’t see what I have left out.
I was also surprised I was not asked to enter a purchase code to activate the Kable theme. Is that needed and could this be the problem with the missing demo’s? Please help. I want to install the Food Directory demo. Thanks.
