We have already given/provided you information that that is the feature of Moodle itself and could be implemented in any theme.
The document url, we have given you, has almost every single piece of information which you would like to know.
Requesting you to write/comment something unpleasant for anyone/someone, we should understand/get the point of thier/his view.
We would suggest you that you need to integrate WordPress with Moodle which would fulfil your requirements.

does your theme have a shopping cart feature? I need a site where a user can pay the course through PayPal or credit card and after that the user gets a automatic subscription.
I am interested in buying this theme but first I need to know does it use default Moodle translations for different languages or it has something that needs to be translated (out of Moodle translations) if I choose to use it in my language (Serbian)?
