IE11 click hidden menu not work, can you help me

hi, this is an ready to used web application ? or i need to learn anything before i can used it ?

Hi,

Unfortunately, LearnPlus is not a functional web application. It includes HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Besides the precompiled CSS and JS it also includes Scss for styling, ES6 JavaScript and a webpack configuration if you wish to modify and work with the mentioned source files. The workflow for this case is simple and documented.

You would take this package and integrate it with any framework required by your project.

Thanks!

Hi, I think Emoji Picker is missing in messages page

Hi,

I apologize for the delay!

Actually, there wasn’t one included at all. However, it feels broken like you pointed out so I’ll consider adding the emoji picker with an update.

If there’s anything else you’d like to see added, please let me know.

Thanks!

Hi,

What sort of customizations would you need?

can I use for codeigniter

hallo this is for backend or frontend?what is support codeigniter?

Hi,

Thanks for your interest!

Its HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Can you add me to the git repo… So I can run npm install …@rcik09 . Also any tips towards integrating the theme into a react+laravel project?

Hi,

Sure, but you need a gitlab.com account. Gitlab sais it can’t find that username.

Thanks

Hi what learning platform does this work best with? Moodle, WordPress etc? Id like the back end also.

Hi,

Thanks for you interest. Unfortunately, we’re not providing a back end at this moment. As far as a best option, since its HTML it can work with pretty much anything.

We are currently working on a native Vue.js version which can be hooked to a back end API and in fact will offer a basic API sample.

Hi, can you add me to gitlab repo to run npm install? My username is @GiusWhite

What do you advise LearnDash and LearnPlus? Where is more functionality?

Hello,

Well, it depends on what you need.

LearnDash has a more extensive website layout and many extra pages like the course catalog, library, explore library (with another layout), course and lesson page, a pricing page .. really the list is large, I won’t go through all of it here. If you have some specific questions, I’ll be happy to answer.

Thank you!

Hello, what would be the difference between LearnDash and LearnPlus?

Hello,

Well other than visually, LearnDash has a website layout and many extra pages like the course catalog, library, explore library (with another layout), course and lesson page, a pricing page .. really the list is large, I won’t go through all of it here. If you have some specific questions, I’ll be happy to answer.

Thank you!

In case LearnDash is more complete than this?

Yes. By the way, LearnDash has been renamed to Tutorio.

Thanks!

I am the purchaser of this theme. Our programmer, gwvt has some comments in to you about your theme not running in IE.

This is a serious issue for us and we are hoping you are able to resolve it quickly.

Thanks for your assistance.

Here is Greg’s most recent message:

Viewing the live demo in IE 11 produces errors. For the page http://learnplus-bootstrap.frontendmatter.com/student-dashboard.html, the errors are:

SCRIPT1002: Syntax error app.js (1,1242) SCRIPT1002: Syntax error app-settings.js (1,205025) SCRIPT1002: Syntax error settings.js (1,1640) SCRIPT1002: Syntax error chartjs-rounded-bar.js (1,1748) SCRIPT1002: Syntax error chartjs.js (1,1034) SCRIPT1006: Expected ‘)’ student-dashboard.html (1002,49)

For the page http://learnplus-bootstrap.frontendmatter.com/ui-forms.html, they are:

SCRIPT1002: Syntax error app.js (1,1242) SCRIPT1002: Syntax error app-settings.js (1,205025) SCRIPT1003: Expected ’:’ flatpickr.js (1,1937)

Both pages hang on loading, and look like this: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1p3ieoogi1xts1AVjqd5DmsdnzB9JbjVw The errors I posted above are for my application, which is only loading a modified navbar and sidebar. I fixed app.js, app-settings.js, and settings.js, then hit the errors above for dom-factory.js. It works fine in Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

Thank you for your help.

Hi,

Thank you for purchasing and we apologise for the delay. We’ll try to solve the issue tomorrow.

Thank you for your patience.

When an input is out of view above the page and a validation error message shows on submit, it only scrolls down far enough so that the message is over the top bar and the input is not visible and blocked by the top bar. It should scroll down far enough so that the input/message are in the main page view. Can you please fix this?

Hi,

Check out the latest release in Gitlab. There was quite a trail of errors to fix. You can see it running here, just make sure you clear your cache. http://learnplus-bootstrap.frontendmatter.com

And here’s the changelog:

material-design-kit v1.0.1

- fix babel config (fixes IE11)
- add Element.matches polyfill (IE11)

dom-factory v1.0.2

- fix babel config (fixes IE11)
- add es6 symbol polyfill (IE11)

ui-learnplus-bootstrap v2.2.1

- bump material-design-kit to v1.0.1 (fixes IE11)
- bump dom-factory to v1.0.2 (fixes IE11)

LearnPlus v4.3.1

- fix babel config (fixes IE11)
- bump ui-learnplus-bootstrap to v2.2.1 (fixes IE11)
- fix webpack config to use babel loader for libraries in node_modules (IE11)
- add student / dashboard / inline scripts to page.student-dashboard.js (passes through babel, fixes IE11)
- add instructor / dashboard / inline scripts to page.instructor-dashboard.js (passes through babel, fixes IE11)
- add instructor / earnings / inline scripts to page.instructor-earnings.js (passes through babel, fixes IE11)
- add components / charts / inline scripts to page.ui-charts.js (passes through babel, fixes IE11)
- fix app settings issues (IE11)

Thank you so much for these fixes—that was a heavy lift, and I really appreciate your dedication to resolving the issue. At first I was not able to get things to work with the assets in the production build from the repo, and finally tried just copying the files from the the learnplus demo. Those worked. Not sure why the built assets were different from what you have on your demo server. One note: the preloader appears to the far right in IE, but adding a “flex-column” class to the container div will put it back in the center:

div class="preloader flex-column"

Thank you very much!!!

Glad we could solve it. Thanks for the flex column hint, I’ll make sure to add it on the next update. Would appreciate a rating! :)

Could you give me access please, my Gitlab account is @cyberstudio Thanks.

Hi, I purchased this product today, when installing it shows me the error: ssh://git@gitlab.com/FrontendMatter/ui-learnplus-bootstrap.git npm ERR! git@gitlab.com: Permission denied (publickey).
