The search bar does not show results in real time while you type. Can it be solved?

I am interested in purchasing the Lestin theme, but I noticed that in the search bar, when typing in “What are you looking for?”, results do not appear in real-time and only show after pressing the search button. I believe enabling real-time search, where matching results are displayed as you type, would greatly enhance the user experience, as seen in other themes. Is it possible to activate this feature?

Is it possible to display only items from a certain location or category on different pages? For example, on the “Fitnesses” page, I would like to show only the items and filters from the “Fitness” category, while on the “Restaurants” page, I want to display only restaurant items and their filters.

Do you have the flexibility to customize what kind of content is displayed on each page?

I’m looking to build a pure directory website, without prices. The listings will be redirecting to the listing sources own websites (i.e. a business directory where each listing has a link button to the business’ own website).

Question 1: Is it possible to disable prices and/or pricing ranges altogether? It will not be relevant to the directory website we’re building.

Question 2: Is it possible to disable the feature for people to create their own listings?
