Again another problem on homepage.. I am really getting sick of this theme. on our main page now it appears an error.. it has to do with instagram i think. http://www.corporatewitches.com/ error: /!\ error getUserIDFromUserName. /!\ error empty username or access token. this error appears on the right side of the site. please help ASAP!

No we didnt change anything beside adding custom CSS to Theme Setting for you. We haven’t removed any of your plugins or change your menu at all. Why would we do that?
Hi, We wondered also why would you do stg like that. But after you added css my plugin deactivated, my menu turned to default settings, for your info. I am not a technical person so I dont know how, but changed.

What a shame this template doesn’t have on category site hero image like their it is on all other sites. For me this is dealbreak i am so angry beacuse i allready bought it!

yes, I am sure support is not meant for customization, but this is lack of design. All pages have got image only category not. And if I want to make site where the category pages will be included (because it is great to have order with category and show only one category in page) it looks dumb or incomplete. Just like Audi sells car with 3 Audi wheels and one aftermarket out of design wheel. Sorry, but I see it like this
PS: your support also doesn’t include page optimization. This theme gets only 65/100 points in google speed test, so i will spend some mor mony on optimization in future…
Hi there, love this theme! Is there a way to make it so the Feature Image uses the actual size of the image and doesn’t stretch out smaller image sizes? I have images that are 640×640 and they get blurry when the theme stretches them out in the post.

640×640 pixels is too tiny for modern website. For example if you are using classic blog layout, it would have at least 900 px of blog image.

Hello again, sorry but you guys have a very bad support service. We are still waiting our demo pages. We imported as you explained but non of the pages are physically there. When we open up the home page and click a link all the pages are coming from your demo page! We need those in our back-end. Maybe we are not clean enough with our English because it’s not our native language.
I will try to explain once again:
We will all the pages in your demo,physically in our back-end so we can edit or change things on it and gain time. But now it has been 10 days and we are still at the same point.
One more thing: I still don’t understand why your help desk is not public? That will help other people with finding solution with similar problems.

I have sorted the update ! I do have a couple of other questions.
1. Is there an ‘about me widget ’ for the right side bar as show on your demo. I can’t see it under the widget menu?
2. Your demo also shows a ‘Follow Us On’ widget on the right side bar showing social media icons. I have added the widget ‘Custom Social Profiles’ but on my website I can only see the text [tg_social_icons style=”light” size=”small”] . How do I fix this? Am I using the wrong/right widget?
3. Your demo shows the images for the Instagram widget on the right side bar and the images for the Instagram Footer Photostream bigger than what I am seeing on my website . How do I increase the size?

I was wondering, if there is an option to make the sidebar at a single post with a right sidebar stick to the side, so if i have a very long single post with a lot of text and i’ll scroll down, that the sidebar will always be there?
And is it possible to change de font size in the single post? i would like to have the first word of the text block larger than the others.

Once plugin is activated, you can update theme via Appearance > Themes.
Thank you. It didn’t work because I already had that but I found a way to do it. However the problems keep coming. How is this possible? Different browsers, different images and pages. How is it possible that I have a header image on Chrome but not on Edge? And on Chrome I don’t have widgets on the side bar but I do on Edge?
