This doesn’t work with Mailchimp – the formatting is changed on import and on all emails sent out. You also can’t change images on the Email builder.

is there a module in the builder for only one large image as a section? I only see image with text and/or button and picture as a background (problem here often is that Outlook 2013 will not show this bg picture then …). And If I delete the text, buttons etc. in a module with bg picture it then changes the picture size. I often wonder, why nearly all mail tpl. designers on TF do forget about a single large image (full width) module… what is essential in pratice of email marketing in most cases?

I came back did see you did update builder and have now a single picture module. Great! Do you have also such “only picture” (no text overlay) modul in one or more others of your templates with builder 2.0? Is this picture “normal” means: Does it show also on Outlook (what does not display bg images). This builder is great: I did see it also does not collaps the pitures to smaller if you lease a text overlay line blank. This is a usual problem on all others. And also did see you have now ability to complete delete rows on some modules. I also send you a mail to (designer@corp.web4pro.com.ua) with a special question. Thanks.

We have only one more template with the full width image section yet – http://themeforest.net/item/resto-email-template-emailbuilder-21/12367738. This template has ability to duplicate and remove some rows, images and buttons but unfortunately the magma doesn’t have such functionality yet. Regards, web4pro

Hi! You can’t use Dotmailer’s EasyEditor with this template. It doesn’t contain markup for it. You can edit the template in our builder then upload it to dotmailer and only use their classic editor.

i have the same issue, i purchased, i run the email builder via the link provided, but where can you save your work? it only shows a button to DOWNLOAD or PURCHASE… if you click DOWNLOAD it says You must purchase this email on themeforest to get full access to our builder

I noticed that the builder does not give you the option to edit the html. Do I have to edit it in another program?
Hello! The builder allows to edit text and images, drag, add and remove sections. Also you can change the colours for titles, buttons, backgrounds. Could you clarify what else do you want edit in the email template?

I’m talking about the actual “html” like some of the other builders do. To be able to change the html. For example, adding a list, changing the size of an image, etc.
Currently our builder doesn’t support this functionality. We are planning to improve it and expand its functionality in the future. We can’t tell you now how to edit html in other program but if you can leave your email, we’ll send this information as soon as we’ll find a solution.
