On my iPad & iPhone the image on the index page is getting blown up to a ridiculous level. This does not apply to Android devices. Can you please advise on stopping this happening. Screen print from my iPad can be found at this url… https://ibb.co/g5KKA5

Hello, I checked my credit and it’s still not right. Initially 18.44€ + 18.44€ were taken from my credit (the purchase was made twice ~~error from site~~ and it wasn’t the html but the Wordpress Massive theme I wanted to buy). Later I added 60€ more credit to pay for the WordPress Massive theme and receive the full refund, but the refund wasn’t right. My current credit is $28.61, so please could you make a full refund of the money that was taken? I can show pictures from my bank statement if needed. The html template was charged twice but it has only been refunded once (I no longer have the html template in my downloads folder). Please help me, thanks

Upon further examination, it appears the scripting on this set of templates (Massive) prevents the pages from loading in WYSIWYG editors. This has not been the case with other themes recently purchased elsewhere. Although I would like to use your templates, they are not suitable for the purpose at hand. All purchased files have now been deleted from my computer. A refund would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I had assumed the HTML files in your Massive template could be opened in WYSIWYG view (not code) in programs such as Dreamweaver or Blue Griffon. This does not appear to be the case. I tried both. The programs either hang or crash. Why do your files not behave in this regard like standard HTML? Is there a work-around?

Hi, Our HTML files should be work in Dreamweaver. However can you please try it in others editor like sublime text / php storm / atom / note pad etc.

As previously mentioned, I wanted to use the HTML files in a WYSIWYG (not text) editor. I had reasonably expected this to work since all other templates I have purchased did so. Accordingly, I will not be using the Massive template and request a refund to my Paypal account.

Hey come on, if you aren’t able to edit the file in your preferred software, that’s not our fault because we didn’t market if for that kind of software. So be reasonable and use any popular code editor IDEs like PHPStorm/Sublime/Atom and others.

Unfortunately we can’t help in this case since it was never marketed to be compatible with any specific software. Take care.

Well, if it is going to be hit or miss in this regard, I won’t be purchasing any further templates from this source. I can’t afford it, particularly when it is for charitable use. You stated in an earlier post it “should work in Dreamweaver”. That is what I also believed when I bought the template. But it doesn’t. Seems we can agree on that, so how about a refund?

I am trying to use your full page video and for some reason the video I uploaded does not cover the screen on higher resolutions. I thought it was a css issue but after swapping out the video with the one if your example it works as it should. Is there some type of aspect ratio I need to address to make a video I want to use conform to your layout?

Hello,

I can not even begin to tell you how much your product has helped my business. THank you.

I pride myself in delivering products to clients that are as lean and efficient as possible. In your examples you include quite a few .js files and .css files.

I would imagine that not ALL files are required on all pages. For example if I am not using mailchimp I would think I do not need to include that file.

Is there an efficient way you would recommend to identify what files are needed based on what features I am implementing on a project?

Also, please look at this page on a mobile device, ie. tablet or phone, www.mypaseo.life/paseo.asp It seems the slider with amenities does not load whereas it does on a laptop / desktop.

Also, notice on that slider I am using lazyload.js with the img having class lazy I tried this on review slider and it does not load the images. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I am having issues using the Google Maps feature live. Not sure what is missing but I am using the code used and locally it appears fine, however once upload (javascript included) the map is unable to display live.
