IE8 question
Hi, Massive is..well… massively awesome! Really beautiful work.
Running into a roadblock though—Much as i’d like to forget IE8 ever existed, my client is still using it. I see you’re pulling in resolve.min.js, but the masonry pages and site nav are still wonky for me when testing (saucelabs.com) in IE8.
Know of any fixes or if anyone’s been able to get massive working well in that nearly extinct browser?

Hi, Thanks for your comments. Unfortunately, we didn’t support IE8 as its too old browser and it has created huge issues you know and we already mentioned our theme start from IE9. You can propose your clients to up to date latest browser 
and Microsoft itself discourse to use IE8.

Yeah, I agree wholeheartedly on not designing for ancient relic IE8 , but unfortunately, there are still IT departments in highly regulated industries that have a lot of their in-house programming built around it. Ugh. Thanks though!
Wahoo! Update! Had another discussion with the IT department, and just found out they’re updating and switching everyone to Windows 7 soon/trashing that archaic browser! No more IE8!!!!!!!! So, never mind. Yabadabado!

Hi, We’ve checked and compare to your code with our code but nothing find any issue with it. But our themes works fine here. Don’t understand what happen. Anyway, can you please recheck your code again if there something missing or not, Specially any js missing or can you plz recheck to change the video. Hi, I am experiencing a little problem with mp-index-general-1.html in Google Chrome (desktop pc). After a few seconds the “think wiser …” text blurs a little. I didn’t notice if at first, but when adding an image to the hero section, it becomes more noticable. Is this a known issue ? No problems on Firefox / Internet Explorer.

So, I don’t if here is the right place to ask it, if not, I’m sorry in advance anyway but I have been facing an issue with the effect on the One page theme when I use it off line all the effects works, stuffs come in and out but when it is online the the theme keep static, could you help with?

Hi, It should be fine both offline and online. Maybe when its online some files are missing like animation CSS file or other files missing. Please recheck all of your required files are loaded.

Hi there, Thank you for your replay!! I’ve figured it out the issue, it was the index file was calling the file named font-animate CSS nor animation(which both never exist) or animate which was named on my css folder. I think would be better you guys check this out on your main file to don’t cause any more trouble to your buyers.

Hi. All good on Mac. The issue is on Windows and Android. Checked on Galaxy S4 tab [Android 5.0.2] When the visibility of the class .cd-nav changes it leaves a horizontal scroll bar in the center of the screen just like the screenshot above.

Looking at the CSS in the console… Maybe this can fix the issue but it will have a knock-on effect on the animation timing! At least it removes the problem of leaving the scroll bar center [50%]

What do all the col designations mean? One through 12? Md, sm, xs, lg? The home page template has 2 columns at one point on the page and is using col-md-6, so the number is obviously on the number of columns. I don’t see anything in the documentation about this. Thanks.

Hi, did you have “logoag@2x.png” image in your img/logo/ folder. Here seems this image missing. As this supported retina thats why need double size i.e @2x image. or If you don’t want retina image then just remove class=”retina” into logo section.

Hi, In documentation have instruction left nav named “Contact Form”. Anyway you just take contact-us1.html as it is and go “contact-us.php” file where you just add your email address.

For contact form: You just copy the “contact-us-1.html” page contact form html and take “contact-us.php” file in your folder and go “contact-us.php” file and give you email address. Or you can check documentation contact form section.

Hmmm…seems your simulator isn’t working correctly. I’ve checked this on numerous devices and the image does not scale down to the smaller sizes.

How can I change the default filtering in the isotope galleries like on page portfolio-6-title-fullwidth.html ?
So I’m looking to change the filtering from filter: ’*’ to i.e. filter: ’.cat2’
I found two places in the isotope.js but the change didn’t make a difference.
Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Hi, data-filter=”*” is indicated all categories. Add you category into data-filter=”.cat1” like this https://www.dropbox.com/s/egs9l8brdnp9t1b/Screenshot%202015-11-07%2012.20.08.png?dl=0 and then go to you “portfolio-item” section and add your expected category like this https://www.dropbox.com/s/pt0zzu94bbgr135/Screenshot%202015-11-07%2012.21.44.png?dl=0 in screenshot we add “cat1” and “cat3”. Same way you just add your category in every “portfolio-item” section. Plz make sure your data-filter category name and “portfolio-item” category name are same. If you see our html structure carefully hope you’ll get it.

I changed that part from 1170 to 900px and at least it works fine for landscape format. If I also include portrait format photos, they are scaled way too high.

Hi, Its quite difficult to say without experiment as both are different we mentioned before. Did you want initially a toggle button and after clicking menu appear like as ‘creek”. If this so, then you have to add toggle button and add some extra CSS and js where menu disappears initially and on click toggle menu appear, this is the basic actually. But we won’t you confirm that it would be work. You can try this.

Hi, On a smartphone the 3 Contact Us fields do not perform validation. ie. If the mandatory fields are left empty and click “send message” it goes to a blank screen. Is this a bug or intended ? Thanks

Hi, Are you closer to applying a fix to the 3 Contact Us pages when on an iPhone ? Leaving the fields blank and pressing the “Send Message” button just shows a blank page.
Additionally are there plans to complete the “Careers” page. I couldn’t see any “action” to a PHP file on the form.
I would like to purchase this template but these bugs are preventing me and I need to purchase a template soon.

1. Contact us issue already fixed and updated to envato downloadable file. But unfortunately, we didn’t update our demo server.
2. Careers page: Its just a static view now. No PHP file there and we don’t have any plan for adding PHP file for HTML version.
