Hi. I just purchased this template and began customizing it. However, when I preview in a browser, only the loading animation appears in the middle of the screen and it says it is waiting on the IP address. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi, I have a problem with your template on Microsoft Edge Windows 10. When you scroll down a page and then scroll to top – header navbar is missing. On some pages is vissible on the bottom of page, but on the homepage with big picture is not vissible anywhere.

Forexample this file has problem: themeforest-12503639-massive-responsive-multipurpose-html5-template\Massive Main Files\HTML V-2.5.1\mp-index-corporate-2.html

How to fix this behaviour, you know a lot of users use Edge in Windows 10.

Hello, Thank you for the wonderful template. I have two questions now:

1. We are implementing this to showcase creative designs from our artists. Do you by any chance have a page that can be used as an artists page? Like you when you click on an artist, it opens a page that is an ‘about me’ of the artists, along with all their artwork, does something like that exist in your templates. 2. How do I use shortcodes? I could not make it out easily from the documentation and can I mix and match components from all designs?

The banner – home banner image – does not appear on mobile. Only the overlaying text is visible. This happens to your demo page as well. How do you fix this?

I also get an error message after submitting the contact form. This is the message I get “The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because an invalid method (HTTP verb) was used to attempt access.”

Hello, Just bought the template. Looks great, however, I have some issues;

1- Navbar-center.html : When the logo resizes to go on the left side when scrolling down, the logo doesn’t resize properly and is squished vertically.

2-Portfolio-5-fullwidth.html : I used this gallery on my index page. When the page loads for the first time, there’s a huge added space between the end of the gallery and the next item. If you reload the page, the gap disappears. I read about a similar issue by the user <Pointiller> which was happening with the masonry-fullwidth and you guys successfully resolved.

How do simply use a gallery with lighbox that had prev/next buttons without all the slides or category images that keeps animating?

I want to have couple of rows of images and when any of them is clicked, in lightbox, provide a continuous navigation. Right now prev/next buttons only appear when one of the images that has sub images only.

Hi there – love the template, it’s great! I am having a bit of an issue with the contact web form though. Have amended the config.php file per documentation but when I use the web form (contact-us-1) and enter my details and email address etc I receive the error message (there is something wrong, try again). Is there something I have missed? do I also need to do something with the contact-us-1 page and the mailer.php file? many thanks!

Hello, I am absolutely loving the templates. however, i have come across some sort of problem. I have switched out the massive logo for my logo and when I post it on my domain for the world to see the logos are changed back to the massive logos but added @2 to the end of the image files name EXP was assets/img/logo.png then changes to assets/img/logo@2.png when I look in the files on my fpt I can see that there is no file called logo@2.png inside the web server why is this happening.

Hi I have this template but there seems to be two hamburger menus when the browser is resized to mimic mobile mode and on mobile phones too. Can you tell me how I can fix this? I looked into the original zip file and all of the navigation pages suffer from this, is this a bug from the start?

I cant change the logo on the navbar. Please advice. I have tried resizing the png but it still does not show.
