Presale question: Is it possible in this theme to create a product page template for different products?
For example: a product page template to appear with “Men” products, and another product page template for “Women” products.
I checked your documentation and found nothing in this regard, but it’s an important feature on the website we’re planning to build.

Hi, as the user below mentions, since this morning I am also having problems, the login and registration does not work, also, I have customers reporting me that when they enter their account information, another customer’s information appears. Looks like a conflict with the latest Redux Framework update, in the support forum of the wordpress plugin there is another user with the same problem, data crossover.
The author of Redux Framework says that it is not his problem, he says that the problem comes directly from the theme.
Please urgent help, this is serious, other clients data is being shown to other clients.

After a long headache, I have been able to solve it, finally the problem resides in Elementor. You have to go to Elementor > Settings > Features and disable element caching.
This was causing the login and registration to not work correctly, and also randomly showing the session of other clients’ accounts that did not correspond to the real client.

Hello, the MinimogWP theme was working properly for several months, but today or yesterday a problem appeared which is the inability to access the thank-you page even though the customer fills in all the data and then clicks on create order, and the order appears in the package or control panel but the customer is returned again to the same checkout page, I tried stopping the plugins but nothing new..!!
Note: The support subscription has ended, knowing that I have been using your theme for more than two years, but I no longer want to renew support for the theme, but this strange problem occurred almost this morning for no clear reason

Hi, there was a images area problem after the Elementor update. In the new version, Elementor > Settings > Properties Swiper Library is no longer available.

In the demo, the short descriptions are not visible. The product description is displayed below the product images and price. Is it possible to show the description before the price and after the product title? Can I also automate the recommendation for the ‘Frequently Bought Together’ option? Is it possible to recommend products based on consumer behavior, top-selling products, and frequently bought together items for a particular product, similar to Shopify plugins?

1. The short description is hidden by default. There is an option in Theme Options to hide/show it.
2. MinimogWP does not have a layout to display the Product description before the price and after the product title. However, it is possible to custom code to do this.
3. If you don’t select specific Buy Together products, you can default them to Related Products, Upsell Products, or Cross-Sell Products

When I allot a custom template in Elementor Pro theme builder, to a specific product archive category, it doesnt take effect. It just shows the default archive page, what am i doing wrong? Do i need to do something extra than just include> category > category name; in display condtions.

I trusted the theme developer that this theme is faster than in the demo. That’s how it is, it’s already faster without optimization. The support is super good and the theme is really Dokan compatible compared to others. THX

One more question about the speed, it is very slow here on the demo site and I have a fast connection. They always reply with a link to optimisation which is good, but why haven’t they used this on their demos? Otherwise very nice theme

Hi, all the images are set to opacity:0. WHY? That’s insane so please make and update or tell me how to fix this. I’ve already reached you via email but this is something that should not happened downloading the last version of your theme!
RESOLVED BY MY SELF putting .minimog-grid .m-image img, m-image img, m-background img{ opacity: initial!important;} in style.css (CHILD theme) but this is a really stupid error and needs to be resolved with the next release. Also, every image now have a background-color, to solve this i’ve put background-color:transparent but again, this do not need to be done by us.

Demo import doesn’t work for SuperGear. Just did a fresh install of the theme as it were frustrating me with how poorly the theme options work. Doesn’t match anything like the theme demo, thumbnails missing, layout all over the place, elements missing or not working properly.

Our website is having issue again but now related to logging in. The login page is not working and just keeps on spinning when you hit the login button! This has never happened before but only from the recent updates.
