I changed “homepage” : “http://127.0.0.1:5000/” in package.json and generated the build files using “npm run build . But when I run the application some .css file are loaded ok but some js files doesn’t, like this: http://localhost:5000/dashboard/static/js/1.fe7ec31c.chunk.js. Why the app is put “dashboard” in front of ”/static/js…”?

Problem solved.
I think you must set the full path in your .json file. That will resolved your issue ex. http://localhost/theme-name/folder-directory/

I have downloaded this template and trying to integrate with my new react application, but it is not working in react application with webpack configuration.

In the documentation, there is nowhere given how to setup with webpack in react, for example what are loaders are required, etc. ? When I am trying to use styles.scss in one of the component in react, it is throwing me error “Additional loader is required”. Please help me, if you need I can share you my sample code where I am trying to minetone template.
