Poor support. We have tons of problems and can’t get an answer. Can’t contact the author on his twitter. Invested money to make this website, a lot, and we can’t launch now because of the many problems. Highly disappointed.

you have an older version of the theme 7.0.1, the new version 7.0.2 adds support for WordPress 4.4, update theme or return to WordPress 4.3

1. go to download page on themeforest 2. click “download” near mycity 3. unpack to some folder (e.g. “mycity”) 4. upload all files to wp-content/themes/MyCity

1. Event – Why i cant change how the event display. I use event shortcode from http://demo.myeventon.com/ but its will show the old on. I want to change it to display list not the one how coming with the theme.
2. Place – i) I cant submit places from fronted or backend. ii) I like the old map full map with icon only. who can i change it back.
3. Foot widget – Only Twitter and Places category function. Event and popular places not function.

Hi there. Few more questions:
1) how can place a button to show all places in this page? (I found the way to hide comments, so ignore that

2) Why does I don’t see sharing button in places page? This is very important for me.

3) search seems to work in a strange way. If I wrote a place name in homepage form I should get the link to its page. On the contrary, I get the map.
4) why does I have only few places for each category in the left column of the map (1 or 2, random). I think I should see all of them.

I solved the problem. The file fmrFinance.zip brings the issue (original) is wrong, it does not meet the guidelines of Wordpress. I unzipped the file and fmrFinance.zip “fmrFinance” folder located in what I compressed to fmrFinance.zip and used it as a plugin. Hello Alex, I have recently purchased the MyCity WP Theme for my website www.koratmap.com and I am experiencing few bugs/errors with which I might need help solving out and would really appreciate a solution from your side. My purchase code for this theme is 4b3ed1f9-a149-XXXX-XXXX-109514046ef9.
Basically, the first problem I encounter is that currently any new place I am trying to add or any previously added place that I would like to modify is not being saved, but once I try publishing it I am being redirected to the original publishing page – without having the typed content saved.
The second issue/question I have is about the put hyperlinks in the texts of places and about embedded YouTube videos. Is there any way to add hyperlinks for places – or pictures or embedded videos? I would really need something like this.
We are currently planning to launch the website on Monday and I would be more than grateful if you could help us out as soon as possible with these two issues.

You advised me to manually upload the .zip file to solve my template upload errors using RapidPress through name.com. I have contacted support at name.com to try to get access to FTP. The service does not include it. I wanted to share this publicly to see if anyone else has experienced upload issues with the RapidPress service or if I am unique.

2) not changing colors via customizator (always red while I set-up blue). Anyway, I think I can change this by customizing main.css.

3) categories not shown in places map (on the left side). I configured it correctly, then they didn’t work. I insert them again and sometimes they works and sometimes not.

Yes it is. I made small changes in CSS and in some page (hiding buttons and so on). I only choose to use the old versione of the places map.

You need edit the file main.css, To edit this file you need to log in to the admin panel under the administrator login and post changes to a file main.css update several times any page of the site
