Getting this error on Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ’catch’ (T_CATCH) in /var/www/*/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/GeoCity/GeoCity.php on line 471
I had the same error, there seems to be an error with the brackets, tried 2 different editors that gave me the same error… yet they seem to match up fine…
I just deleted the whole function to get it working.
what version of PHP?

I may be wrong, but I don’t see how PHP version would affect this, try catch is nothing new ?

Hi, very nice theme, I’m creating a site where the main feature is a google map with a list of sites where clients can advertise. They will click a site and in the infowindow see some site details and a link to “advertise here”. Clicking this will take them into the shopping cart to select some product details such as start/end date and their personal details and then payment via google wallet or paypal. Can your theme cover all this (I realise woocommerce plugins may be needed to cover some of the product options) Kind Regards, Matthew Hutchings

Hello! Nice job with the theme… But I see some problem in the mobile version of the website. 1- category view the page appear zoomed completely, and this happen only in this page. 2- Every page had under the title the same text as the first paragraph on the page? How I can remove it? 3- the header of the page (everything excluded home) is not responsive and on small screen device (iPhone 4) the title of the page appear under the white curve in the background of the page. 5- I’ve set the video as background but it doesn’t work, same for the Google font… From the setting the time say that is okay but I can’t see difference in the website.
Suggest: it will be nice if we can have a feature that permit the user to see place near him based on geolocation. And how about insert also something for moving with public transport in the city? Using the Google api for planning the route from the position of the device to the place?
Another problem today, i can’t create or modify the categories of the places… in the documentation you say that we have to show the hidden icon, but there are no icons hide, anche when you create the place, this doesn’t show. And what happen when i have more then the default number of categories? In the page where i see the map with all the symbols, if i add other categories the pages add other icons or is limited to 9? or 11? (I see 2 black spaces on left & Right) because the page don’t scroll down cause of the map, so i don’t know if the template can show more… and i need more categories…

I’m also having issues with the Submit/Places functionality.
- I cannot seem to add categories - When I hit submit it takes me to an empty map titled “Places Archive,” how can i make it redirect to the place’s page? - When a place is submitted it saves it as a draft that I can’t edit, it just takes me to Posts in WP. I would like for it to automatically publish the Place and show a success message to the user. - I can’t edit from place’s page either. - What is required for the Instagram gallery to populate? I tried the @username & url of the place, both to no avail.

patch it around. In new version have this option ( customizer->Items->Status) and instagram names starting with @ working correct. New version on the TF review now. But you can get zip just now from private google doc (see documentation.pdf) . Snx
Hello there, we are having real issues with the theme, places doesn’t work, posts don’t seem to work, neither does members. I’m a little stuck at the moment with it. Just get a lot of 403 or 404 errors.
Installing all the recommended plugins has killed the site for the second time HTTP 500 error. We have to again re-setup the server.

Add page with “memebers” slug and “template-memeber-list.php” as template. This is all you need.
Been trying to follow the documentation for changing the background image but, I haven’t got the menu item in “customize”. Used the inspect feature in my browser it had been styled to “display: none”. Managed to workaround it for now but, something to look into? Not sure if anyone else has this problem.
Try to enter into customizer from another page (eg blog category )
