1. Theme did not install as demo. Some plugins did not load correctly
2. Customer support was the worst we've experienced in Evanto. Skype for support which you'd think should make things better but takes days to respond and worse still asks for loggin, but then says to make any changes myself when all we want is for the website to look exactly as the Demo. That should be a minimum requirement you'd think?
3. Wasted weeks on this only to make a complaint and get refund from Evanto.

I bought it , loaded , explored and than had some issues.Though new in this area , the support on Skype and even the images for quick solution was amazing. Support..was quick and very effective. Theme may be having some bugs but I am sure with coming updates and resolving issues reported by users ,they will make this theme more sturdy.Thanks to Виктор Лернер for being such a nice help !
Excellent looking template with great features.
- very slow on mobile devices. screen freezes when you open the company list.
- bulk upload feature, stable does not work.
- The map does not show on the map and list of mobile companies.

MyCity theme is HUGE and by far the best value for inclusions!! it has everything that the other themes add on as modules. It looks great and easily has the potential to be the BEST directory theme available.The service is excellent fixed my problem within minutes! thanks again:)

Only one thing: the documentation.zip (when downloading it from themeforest) it is invalid.
Cannot be opened
For the rest it is an awesome light theme ;-)

There was a problem, I wrote to the author topic in Skype. He helped immediately went to my site with the theme of "mycity" and made the necessary amendments to the code. Highly recommend this developer! They make not only excellent wordpress theme, but they have also an excellent after-sales support!
