On a mobile phone the SplitSlider doesn’t work that well. If you want to scroll on your mobile phone on the homepage, it doesn’t respond good.

Again, I have emailed you and no response. You changed the size of my logo which I appreciate, but you didn’t tell me how I could do it, which I have asked.
Also, when I try and install another demo version, it stops at 34% and won’t continue the installation. I have tried on different computers, multiple browsers and still the same issue.

Hello, i bought this template. there has been a recent update on the visual composer and i am not allowed to access it. it tells me to activate my license. however, when i go to the link to activate it tells me that i only have a regular license with the template, and that i need a new “direst” license to access automatic update and other premium features. i dont really need the premium features, i just need to be able to use the visual composer. what can i do in this case?

THIS IS THE ANSWER I GET ON WORDPRESS: How to update and receive support if I do not purchase direct license? In such case you need to wait on your WordPress theme author to update Visual Composer on their side and push it to you. Also support related questions should be addressed to your WordPress theme provider.

Since we bought an extended license for Visual Composer, we can’t give you the purchase code of this plugin because of policy and terms of Theme Forest. We update the plugin via theme updates and you will receive the latest version of this plugin with future theme update, so please wait future theme release.
You don’t need to activate it with license key, it’s functional without it. We are not allowed to share our extended license key.
You can update your plugin with 2 step
1. delete it
2. install it agian via admin > dashboard > appearance >install plugin
