i am both Admin and Frontend customer and would like to ask if it possible to load only admin pages.css and .js files for frontend components? Probably both themes have the same core, but there are some additions and differences between them. So, is it possible to use only one package for both themes (core files) or do I need to separate them. Thx

Yes but Pages frontend uses bootstrap v3 
so will have issues. We are yet to update it. Our hands are abit tight bringing React and Angular to Pages Admin

Yes, you can use it as HTML on the server but if you want it in Wordpress then you have to convert it to a WP compatible theme.
