The ironic part of this theme is the name, "Pages". Page examples are the major piece missing from this template. In fact, the entire template is a compilation of home pages that use the same contact, pricing and portfolio page.
There is no general page template, blog, about, 404, log in, register etc. There is not even an example of a page using breadcrumbs.
This template does have a good base and style but you will be doing about as much work as required when using base bootstrap.
Great product, not very versatile but very good product.
The pricing block is broken on mobile screens
It's sad that envato market lets you select only one main reason. It's overall one of the best purchases I've made online.
