Difficult to customise and the documentation is terrible.
I couldn't change the icons nor the masonry filter.

This is such a beautiful template and would have worked really well with what we're trying to do, however I have tried - unsuccessfully - on several occasions to get help with several bugs and after a month, I still have not gotten any resolution to the issues I'm experiencing with the template.
I created a support ticket and have gotten little to no follow-up, which is very frustrating considering the fact that I PAID for this product and pushed a launch date back to allow time for fixes that still have not been addressed.

I believe something might have gone wrong from support on our side as we have replied to all support tickets on our system yet you don't seem to have received a reply. I do understand that you encouraged us to email you - though unfortunately on Themeforest, an author can not see a customers email address.
