Basically you need use the video as layer instead of background.

It was possible in the old Bootstrap version (before 4.x) as you can see in this topic: http://www.okler.net/forums/topic/disable-mobile-responsiveness/ – Unfortunately it’s not possible anymore because the new Bootstrap version does not allow to create a website that is not responsive. “Non-responsive usage of Bootstrap is no longer supported.”

data-appear-animation doesn’t start animation on viewpoint when it’s a .php file (coverted from .html) it loads all animation when its loading the page is there an easy way to fix this?
