Please note that in the themes you purchase and downloaded on ThemeForest, the images/videos are not included, it works the same way for 99% of the themes available here (except for themes that uses their own images). It’s described in the theme description page as well.

Hi, I try to get familiar with version 5.7.2, I cant find where I can change the mega menu bg colour. I tried everything Ive found in comments, but when I hover my mouse over the buttons it stays black, cant find it in css files, ive also added custom modification to the custom.css and nothing. Where the black background for the megamenu tabs coming from (shop14) ? how can I change it?

Porto is a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template, therefore basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is required so that you can edit the templates using a Text Editor like Sublime text, Notepad++ etc. So, it is different from using a CMS since you will have to deal with codes. The template does not come with a drag and drop editor.
All the files that come with the zip package you downloaded can be used as a base/start for your project, the main idea is that you don’t have to start from scratch, just use an existing page from the demo and modify according to your needs, then you can simply upload the files to your server via FTP.

Fixed, I added the CSS in the Columns for 50%. Media was only present for 4,5,6,7 and 8 columns grids. Regards!

Porto does not require any special features in the server to work with. The template comes with HTML/CSS/JS (and a few optional PHP files for the contact form, newsletter integration, etc…). A simple server that runs PHP is fine.

purchased the magenta 2 theme right before it was removed from themeforest, I was able to download the theme but the purchase code does not work. Is says that the purchase code is invalid and I can not activate the theme.
