Could you at least provide blank dummy images/videos with dimensions guidelines for those who purchase the template? I have purchased several templates off Themeforest and was able to get dummy data which I just replaced from their respective directories after download. If you insist you only sell source code to clients, you should remove images/videos not part of the package from what you are marketing online to STOP misleading clients who intend to build their sites following your prototype.
Hello, as we explained in the support ticket you opened in our site, you will find all necessary files to build your site, the images/videos are replaced with placeholders (dummy data). The images have the same dimensions so it will be simple to replace with your own content.

Hey so far im loving the theme but i have problem with finding whitch files do i need.
Im using digital-agency-dark theme however how can i know whitch files to include? do i need to include whole vendor folder?
Ive been deleting files manually by testing if website works fine without but id love some tutorial or guide on setting it up right away.

Regarding the folders/files, you will find all files exactly how you see in our preview site. (except for the images/videos that are replaced by placeholders). A few folders that you may remove if you want.
/Ajax: The HTML files in that folder are just examples on how to use Ajax requests for your site. /CSS: Make sure you keep in folders Demos and Skins just the demo files that you are using. /Images: Go to Demos folder and remove the demos that you are not using, you can also remove the placeholders images (grey images). /JS: : Make sure you keep in folders Demos, Views and Examples just the demo files that you are using. /Master: : Do not upload that folder to your host server, those are just the source codes to generate the template. /Vendor: That folder is where all the plugins used on Porto are located, make sure to keep only the ones you use and are included in the HTML files. /Videos: Remove the videos that you are not using.

Hi, I am using an old version of the porto template (HTML/CSS) from 2014. Is there any way to update it? I already tried to do it manually, but it seems not possible. My website does not worky anymore and I´have several errors because everything in CSS/HTML code has changed. Any ideas?
Hi, thanks for the message. We have added and changed a lot Porto since 2014 
, it now uses the latest Bootstrap version, which is very different from the version that you are using. The main framework is different. Updating your site to the latest version requires to change the mais JS/CSS files and mainly update HTML classes, which must be done manually. It works the same way for any HTML template.

Porto is a Static HTML5/CSS3 Template, therefore basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is required so that you can edit the templates using a Text Editor like VS Code, Sublime text, Notepad++ etc. So, it is different from using a CMS since you will have to deal with codes. It works the same way for any HTML template here on ThemeForest.
It’s not required to use Porto Admin with Porto Front-End version.
Porto Admin is a HTML template, the theme comes with HTML/CSS/JS files that allows you to integrate with your own system and create your own solution, with server-side scripting languages such as PHP, .Net, etc… (That integration is responsibility of the buyer).

Hi, Can I combine any/ all elements from all the different demos into a single website, i.e. do all the demos use the same css stylesheets, js etc?
Hello, thanks for the message. Most css/js files are shared and used across all demos/pages, but each demo has unique css/js for design and functionality purposes. It works this way to avoid very large and heavy files, but you can create a website using any functionality from any demo, you just have to pay attention to which file to include.

so, for example: I can use parallax, full screen video, horizontal scroll and sticky elements all on the same page without issue using the same css and js files?
also, I noticed that the Horizontal Scroll only works with up and down arrows on the keyboard, shouldn’t it work with left and right arrows too?

Hello, there seems to be a small glitch on mobile menu since the recent update. It only seems to be on dark colored menus like these pages ( https://www.okler.net/previews/porto/9.9.3/index.html and https://www.okler.net/previews/porto/9.9.3/elements.html ) If you open the menu and mouse over the highlighted link “Home” or “Elements” on the elements page you see links below it shift up and down a few pixels.

Hi, years ago here in the comments I had found and explained how to add the product code or sku/ean above the product name in the woocommerce product list view…. If I’m not mistaken, you had to add a small portion of code in functions .php or similar files. Now I can’t find it anymore, can you help me and remind me how to do it?
