I tried to install the themeforest-19065386-air-lightweight-portfolio-photography-html-theme.zip to my wordpress, but I could not because it says that there is no style.css. Why? Where I can get it?

Yeah, all of them. I’m from drupal where my own templates were written and designed based on a good template. I’d just change anything you like, colours, templates, etc but e. g. More or less the same navigation will remain.
Therefore, my preference is no primary thing in choosing a template for my site. I am making a review site like (color laser printer reviews) (because I can modify that) but rather how well it is coded/constructed (responsive and quick, for instance without heavy javascript).
For a niche news platform, I can change the design.
