Hello. Thanks. On your page header element find this attribute [data-arts-header-overlay-background]. It sets the menu curtain background color and accepts HEX, RGB, RGBa color values. So to make it semi-transparent, use RGBa color format which supports alpha channel like this: [data-arts-header-overlay-background=”rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.3)”] where the last digit is opacity value from 0.0 to 1.0

I have tested it on the theme too, we are unable to slide on top of the content. Please open the below link on the mobile and try sliding from the content.

You can look for the sliders with other layouts. E.g. this Projects Fullscreen Slider 3 has a dedicated button area so the most of the screen remains available for the touch gestures.

You can add .pointer-events-none class to the content area. This will enable touch through the content but will also make it inaccessible for clicking.

Hello! You can use js-gallery component to achieve this. It supports: images, videos (remote or self-hosted) and iFrames. The content will appear in a lightbox with a close button.

I came across a similar question asked by another one of the purchasers to which you had responded that videos aren’t supported. Firstly, I’d like to ask whether it is correct that I can’t have hero video backgrounds with your theme? Firstly, I’d like to ask whether it is correct that I can’t have hero video backgrounds with your theme?
You can set your page template to “Elementor Full Width” (this will remove the page masthead) and use “Content Block” widget as a first section on that page. This widget supports video backgrounds. However doing so will also switch the AJAX transition to simple “sliding curtain” when landing to that page.
Secondly, since you have used WebGL animations, I was wondering, is it possible with a little tweaking, I might be able to achieve a similar videos profile like the one in this link which uses curtains.js:
No, the theme doesn’t use this library. So there is no “easy tweak” to achieve the similar effect or video support.
Sorry, I didn’t notice that the question was related to Rhye HTML5 version. But still, you can place the custom HTML5 video backgrounds on the portfolio pages but there will be no video transitions.
Hi i purchased this theme and converting into CMS everything working fine on desktop sofar but when i opened preview in mobile devices and visit between pages the #js-header-curtain-transition transition stuck and dint display: none after page load completion i have just checked everything but there is nothing wrong with code and all work fine on desktop .
please any suggestions if its a known issue

It happen irrespective of browser. I removed swiper’s parallax effect- It works, but then the desired parallax goes off. We need that effect. Can we resolve parallax issue, It would be great, else there will be no point of keeping simple slide animation on main page.
The parallax effect is provided by Swiper library. Unfortunately I’m not able to influent on it somehow. https://github.com/nolimits4web/swiper/issues/3676 I’ll try to update this library to the latest version next week to see if they fixed it.

i checked the google page score for your theme. its not looking good because of all the heavy preloading. i’d like to buy the theme but want to make sure that we can strip down some of the js your using in your vendor.js file, i reckon that js file is like 1.5Mb in size? Like is it possible to remove: Google Maps, Swiper slider ? What I mean to say is their a way to make a lighter version of this if we dont need Swiper Slider and Google Maps…we’re going to end up only using a few template layouts that dont have these features from the main JS file. So your code can have less bloat. LIke can we remove the landing page countdown preloader ? Thats a big one.
Hello! In the download package there are source files (JS, SASS) with the separated components files and libraries.You can use in the development to cut anything you don’t need and reduce the total JS bundle.
Preloader can be simply removed from HTML files and it will neither appear nor break the site loading.

Hello. As I’ve replied you previously by e-mail you can adjust logo dimensions from SVG inline attributes or via CSS. It’s described in the template’s documentation Adjusting logo height.
If you still can’t figure it out, please host your customized template somewhere (with your logo) and provide URL. I’ll tell you how to do this step-by-step.

Making an image to be fullscreen (cover the entire viewport) and to be responsive (scale up to the maximum screen width and preserve the aspect ratio) are mutually exclusive things. You can’t have both these behaviours at once.
The loading screen bg?
Yes, I guess there should be no issues with it.

However keep it in mind that the preloader probably will disappear even before your image is loaded.
And for the “curtain” effect bg?
Unfortunately it’s not that something easy to put a background image in.

Hello, I’ve just purchased this. Great work!
However the page “projects-slider-fullscreen-2.html” & “projects-slider-fullscreen-1.html” do not seem to work when i use my mouse to scroll through the slider. In your LIVE preview, I am able to SCROLL through the images on the slider. But in the downloaded version i can only go through the slider images by clicking on the arrow CTAs. Please help. I want it to function on scroll too just like in your LIVE version, with the scrolling and arrows to function the same.

The download and preview versions are the same in terms of the codebase.
The pages you’ve mentioned contain a WebGL slider. One of the requirement (see here) to make it work correctly is to run a web-server when working with the template.
Have you tried to launch a web-server (MAMP or any other free alternative) and preview the template pages via HTTP protocol? This should eliminate the issue you’ve mentioned.

It’s likely that your SVG file is missing the attributes required for the correct display in the web. Make sure to export your logo as “Optimized for web” in your vector editor which usually preserves the required SVG attributes.
Also there is a chance that your logo is there but simply not displayed due to the current header appearance setup. Please check “Appearance in Header” section in “Uploading Logo” docs’ article.
If still no luck and you’d like me to check what’s wrong exactly, please host your customized template with the logo somewhere and provide URL so I’ll be able to inspect it.

I’m having a problem with the mobile submenu. I want my link to open in a new window, and in the code i added “target=”_blank” after the link URL. But it does not work as it just does what the other links do, which is show the overlay as if the next page is going to open within that window, but nothing opens and it just shows the menu again. I just need one of my submenu links to open in a new window. Please help.

Hello! Sections with WebGL effects don’t support this for sure. The rest template parts – I’ve never tested that. Probably there can be issues with lazy loading plugin.
Hi there, Could you please tell me where can I change the links of the pages when scrolling down to the bottom on project pages? Ex: When I’m on project-details-6-bottom-fullwidth.html and scroll to the bottom, I find myself on project-details-4-halfscreen-left-left.html page. Hello! Thanks. In the bottom navigation section you need to look at this link with [data-pjax-link] attribute

There you can adjust [href] attribute. Make sure that the “next” page has a masthead image set. Otherwise the transition may break.

Hi there – Could you please tell me how come when uploading the files to the server using the extension .html IE “index.html, about.html, services.html etc) — when going from one page to another, everything, inducing content and images, loads properly – even when going back and forth from one page to another. However, if I prefer to not use the .html extension and use folders instead (IE about/, services/ etc) the content will correctly load but the IMAGES WILL NOT LOAD. The only way to make images show is to refresh the page. Why is this and how do I fix it? Thank you!
