Hi, great theme but I have a problem. The customizer isn’t loading. I tried with default themes and it loads with them.

If anyone has a problem with the customize page not loading properly, there is a bug in the types.php file, the constant CLOUX_THEME_VERSION is undefined so you need to add define(‘CLOUX_THEME_VERSION’, ‘1.1.3’);] on line 2 of the file.
Would be great if the devs could fix it in the next version

I can’t renew unfortunately but I tested it with all plugins disabled and also made a separate install on a new VPS and Customize still doesn’t work so I suspect it could be because of PHP 8.1 that I recently installed.
Other themes on the same VPS are working 100% correctly so I think it is an issue with Cloux. It would be great if you could test it. Here’s my server settings from Wordpress site health if that helps – https://i.gyazo.com/fd31ff17a6364e0d162bda859eba9c80.png

FYI I just downgraded the PHP to 7.4 then upgraded back up to 8.1 and also updated the kernel and that fixed it somehow!

B – If so, will it be easy to upgrade to the 2.0 from the current version (1.1.1)? Or will it be a totally different thing?

A- Yes, it’s in the design process. It took a long time to work for some plans but it’s renovating the theme with an incredible update.
B- It’s will be easy.
C- WordPress is not fully compatible with 8.0. That’s why we recommend 7.4.x. Please check WordPress req page: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

Our server is on PHP8 and the link you posted just says that 7.4 is the minimum (!) requirement for WP.
Please confirm if it works on 8 (like WP) and it’s a buy for me.
