First of all, does it support WordPress 6,7 and above? Also, is there a chance I can use the images? Have you given permission before? What I mean by visuals is not the images in the slider or portfolio, for example “18” Years of Experience in In the background of the place where it says “We bring the technical knowledge & experience”, there is an image of an ECE project, or in the footer section, there are images of construction machines in the background. I need these. Also, is technical support ongoing? I would be grateful if you answer.

I currently have version 1.7 running (downloaded via elements subscription a few years ago) and would like to get this updated.
As this is no longer available via elements, if I purchase via theme forest can I simply upload the theme via ftp over ridding the old version and keep all my theme settings?
I don’t want to have to set up the theme design up again from scratch.

If you don’t change our file(php, css, js…etc) in my theme and plugins => you can do. Carefully, you should backup all code and database before. Thanks
Hi, my site (written in dutch) yesterday suddenly changed (partly) to English. De-activated all plugins (execpt WP Bakery) and the language doesn’t change back to dutch.
I can change it back manually but how does a think like this happens??
To be honest, i don’t know what happened. May be your wordpress updated to new version then your file language overriden.
Weird huh?? Wordpress language is still in Dutch. And the content partly changed to english https://familiezaken.nl.

Please check at header customize section in ThemeOptions. If your page using Preset => check on PresetOptions of page.
I have selected the header type 1 which does not contain a “Get a Quote” button but still it is not hidden. Where exactly can I change something else? I do not use presets

i saw the changelog and this theme has revolution slider 6.2.2 which is now 6.2.21
is this theme seo optimized?
why so outdated and nothing new in updates?

The developer seems to have abandoned the theme as it has not been updated for the last 1 years. I have “outdated” theme notice all over the back end. Planing to switch to another theme.

Hello. The CSS isn’t being picked up on the DEFAULT “Ruby Build Theme Options” so any change I make does not take effect. Cant change layout or colors, cant change logo, nothing is working. If I make changes to the DEFAULT, then make a PRESET, the layout is all WHACKED. I am using version 1.6. Yes, I purchased thru Elements and there is no support but surely you can help the theme work. Thanks for any help.

I bought your theme from Envato Elements, and it has bugs …
The WP Bakery version is seriously outdated and not compatible with the latest wordpress 5.1 
When we go to “services”, the wp bakery code is all scrambled.
There is an error with the logo upload: I can only change it once, and then it points to an non-existing version of that logo with an extension
When will you update and debug your package please ?
We need the latest plugins and a bug-free version …
ps : I am a webdesigner, so I know how to solve most of the issues, but this should not be the normal course on Themeforest

I found it really unpleasant that you provide outdated files, even here on Themeforest for paying customers: last update is 20 dec 2018 (see right column).
I don’t expect free support, but I expect a theme that is at least bug-free and compatible as documented. Even on Envato Elements, authors have to provide a theme that at least functions the way it advertizes ! I will not buy this theme here, for that you provide the courtesy to solve bugs in your theme, that shouldn’t have been there in the first place. It’s unprofessional to state I should buy the theme, and that you provide an outdated theme with bugs.
I use the child theme, and the css isn’t even picked up by the website. How can this be solved ?
I hope you update your theme here asap, so I don’t have to file a complaint with Envato.
I never had an author before saying: “bugs in my theme ? not my problem, just buy the theme and I will solve them.”
Support is not included, ok, but bugs should NEVER be included in decent Envato Themes.
