“Uncaught exception: The parameter “roksprocket.template.override.path” must be defined.” – What does this mean install for a client on Wordpress.com
May i know where you get this error ? a screenshot would be helpful
Thanks for the quick feedback. The screen is white and just says “Uncaught exception: The parameter “roksprocket.template.override.path” must be defined.” and then I have to have them disable it from their end.
Try renaming the folder roksprocket inside the theme runway. If the error is still appears please create a private ticket to support@themeparrot.com and send us your site details. And also send us an email if you face any customization issues. Thank you Themeparrot

Installed the theme okay. Is there any way to update the colour of the Nav wrapper? Cant find it anywhere in the code to update and changing the header image doesn’t do anything. Any suggestions?

Sorry that we do not have PSD with the theme. It is built using html layouts.

Hi, Im unable to register on your support site. Fresh install gives the following errors when activating plugins:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[’ in /home/stampdut/public_html/wp-content/plugins/axis-subscriptions/vendor/illuminate/support/helpers.php on line 358
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[’, expecting ‘)’ in /home/stampdut/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp_roksprocket/roksprocket.php on line 461
Are you using PHP 5.3 ? The error comes from the Axis Subscriptions plugin which requires a higher PHP version as it uses Eloquent ORM. Is it possible for you to update to PHP 5.5

Both Axis Subscriptions and the Roksproket plugins use libraries that require PHP 5.5 or more. Since PHP 5.3 life has ended about 6 years ago, they all started supporting upwards of PHP 5.5 . If you are not going to use these two, you can deactivate them.
