Trying to sign up for your support system but an email verification is never sent, after several attempts. Theme does not work with newer versions of WP. Demos do not install properly, and manual installation does not yield a usable product.

hi, i use an elment version theme. i would like to suggest you that there are problems with revolution slider Version: 6.2.2. On mobile click/tap on button doesn’t work, i tested this with real and virtual devices. I tried with others themes with same results, buttons on mobile don’t work. Please contact revoluton slider developers. i installed revolution slider 6.1 and all works correctly.

Hello I downloaded Skudo from Envato Element and I know there is no support. FYI I just noticed an error with WP 5.3, impossible to add a media : “Notice: add_submenu_page was called incorrectly. The seventh parameter passed to add_submenu_page() should be an integer representing menu position. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 5.3.0.) in /app/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4903”. Thanks !

Hello! How I can add new custom Google font? It’s says “You can select one of the fonts that the theme goes with or you can add google fonts (Style Options > Fonts).” but there is no such option in your theme

To add google fonts, go to your wp dashboard -> menu wordpress -> Ultimate -> Google Fonts and add your fonts. Then you just need to choose them on the admin panels.

Hello, I am having an issue with Cube portfolio. I’ve tried adding “Add Project Items” but it’s not working and this is console error:

updating the theme through the updater plugin seems to cause a problem with the admin user account and doesn’t allow access to update the plugins after the theme update has been done.
once again, after a fresh install i’m getting “null” on the ihover boxes in the ‘elements’ page of the corporate demo

We cannot replicated that issue on our end, but you can easily update the plugins by installing this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ then download All files & Documentation from themeforest, and upload the new versions of the plugins that are inside the folder Plugins.
In relation to the “null” error, that’s missing images, that may be pointing to our old server yet. You just need to replace that missing images with yours. But we will made new clean demo files and update the theme.

just did another update using the easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades plugin and once again, the same problem – not admin access “sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” – when trying to update plugins!!!! Very annoyed.

yes, you bacially said that i now have to use FTP to update all my plugins using a zip file…not the fix i was looking for – my suggestion to anyone thinking of using this theme is….DON’T….
We provide different ways to update plugins, all of them work on our servers and on other buyers. If they don’t work on your server, you can ask your hosting provider what’s the problem or update through FTP. Not sure what you expect more from us, every problem or request you ask, we provided. If you are not happy with the theme and support, you can ask for refund here. Best Regards
Well I’ve spent 2 hours talking to my hosting provider (Bluehost btw) and they say it’s the theme causing the problem. We tested by loading another theme and then trying to update a plugin – which worked without issue. We re-activated your Skudo theme and once again “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” comes up when trying to update Cube Portfolio plugin (one of the plugins that comes with your theme i believe?). Any further thoughts?

i have the problem with theme. if i want edit the theme option i have this error: “Not Acceptable An appropriate representation of the requested resource /wp-admin/themes.php could not be found on this server.
Additionally, a 406 Not Acceptable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
