Jo, Thanks for all your templates, bought a few. My question, the subscribe form does not clear after sending. The user name, email all remain viewable even after refresh or site reload. Thanks for your help. Rick

First off, LOVE the theme. 1) I am having issues with the submission form. When clicked the “submit” button does nothing. Right now I am running my site locally before making it live, if that helps. Is there a solution to this? I have put my email into the mail.php.

2) The hourglass animation on the main page is not showing up. It is just empty space. I have not touched that part of the code. Perhaps it’s not showing because it is not live?

To be very honest with you, josweb, I am very much disappointed here! I did try to solve with you before, and even though I was all new to HTML5 I did try to get some help. I did not, however!

The last 3 weeks, I have used maybe 250 hours in this Coming Soon template I bought with my money from you. I use Wordpress, and that was the very reason why I wanted to buy this one, as well as use my time to make it perfect. But hey… I can not use this for wordpress! Well… I have been searching around in communities and on youtube to find a solution, and I thought I did. I have tried the last week to convert it to php on a blank wp-theme. However, as it seems it doesn’t work in the same way as themes at all, so my only choice left is to make it as an plugin…???

So I ask you, Mr. josweb, is there any way I can get this on wordpress? I have used above 200 hours of my time on this + my money, so I hope you could answer me this time.

Can I put a BR tag to split quotes? I can only use the *?

Hi there, thanks for the great template.

I have a couple of questions for you that I am having trouble with:

1. The old “Sparks” logo is still displaying on my mobile phone – Android 5.1 on Nexus 5 – even though I have replaced the logo.png file with the image I want to use. The desktop version of the site works well, however the Sparks logo is persisting on the mobile phone.

2. There is no scrolling on the homepage – again on the mobile device (phone). Even though the rotating text is wrapping down to 3 lines, I cannot scroll down to the navigation items below the hourglass svg image.

Any help or advice to fix these issues is greatly appreciated.

Hi ! I bought your “coming soon” template a couple of days ago. However, I did not get the part where it does say that this is a HTML5 template. My fault, of course. I am all new to this, and to be honest I have barely heard about HTML5 nor did I ever learn any coding. I am a treehouse student for now, and I am slowly working my way to understand these types of things. But right know I got so many balls in the air – ruby and ruby on rails, command, github, redux frameworks and then HTML. I am trying to work out how these different stuff is function. But I do have a question though: If I log on FTP – go to -> Public HTML -> Themes – could I just paste the Sparx with all the files there? Just copy and paste? Is this a way around or am I just way out of hand here?

I would very much appreciate if you could help me or give me a kick-starter or something.
