Could have been a 5 star review, but due to some problems, I'm giving it 2. I've been working with the theme for the past 4 months, unfortunately I came across lots of problems:
1 - Newer bootstrap version have been out for almost 12 months and haven't been updated, altough there's always a "we are working on it" answer.
2 - There are several Javascript libraries that are incredible outdated.
3 - The email and chat application screens are simply unfinished. Nothing remotely works there, you'll have to do the hard work yourself.
That is just to start, and those are things that are going to give the developer a hard time. Since I only used the theme as a starting point and actually ended up developing it a lot, and I am also a more senior developer, it was not much of a problemf or me. But for more novice users and developer that don't want to do much customization, just want to use it out of the box, I wouldn't recommend this product.

Thanks for your inputs and reviewing our template. We have pushed an update addressing all of your mentioned problems.
1. We have updated bootstrap to latest beta version.
2. We have updated all the javascript libraries.
3. We have fixed email and chat apps on horizontal layout.
We always welcome suggestions and work on them to satisfy our customers. We have also provided documentation and videos to help customer getting started and understand theme structure.

Could have been a 5 star rating for me, but the lack of updates and several dated plugins makes this theme a bad investment.
An updated Bootstrap version has been promised for long and is now more than 3 months overdue so my patience has unfortunately run out.

I couldn't edit my previous review, so I'm making a new one. Maybe it will overwrite the old one?
In the previous review, I had stated that the documentation is somewhat lacking. It is not, but it requires that you view the documentation and the template examples instead of simply supplying all documentation in a single place.
Excellent template. Does exactly as it says on the tin. It is not for beginners (I'll count myself between beginner and intermediate when it comes to UX). It is not a simple component insertion. It can be fairly complex. But the time it does save could be well worth it.
