Thanks for the message! We would like to let you know that the installation procedure of a React Next based app could be varied from the hosting service provider to other provider. But the core concept of the production deployment quite common for almost all popular hosting provider included the shared hosting with ssh+specific port using access. To keep the app server continuously running, there must have to use some kind of process manager like PM2 or Passenger or any other suitable one.

We apologies that the standard support could not cover the installation of the app for the buyer but sometimes we provided that support also for free and then got some unexpected experience based on some buyers hosting environment setup! The overall process gave us lots of pain and then we decided to not provide anymore installation support!

We can suggest looking into the PM2 manual and understanding how the npm command works could be beneficial for long run. Deploying to managed hosting server quite easier and quicker. But cPanel deploy also works perfectly but that sometimes needs some extra works also access granting from the hosting provider.

If you are using shared hosting then to install or update the NodeJS and other essential packages including process manager i.e. PM2, you might need assistance from the hosting provider. The installation and setup is not related to cPanel but ssh access to perform the install/updates work in the hosting server.

There is no need to setup for specific email service provider like MS or Google mail. We would appreciate if you please check the doc and let us know if the email sending doesn’t work by following the steps from the doc.

Thanks for the message! We think to deploy on cPanel based hosting, you need ssh access to perform installation and some other essential configuration for Node JS and PM2. Also, there are lots of ways can be followed to achieve the deployment but that really varies from hosting service provider! Deploying to VPS might be easier than cPanel.

thank you for your support, additionally I wonder how to make react-wow animation from illustrated image. Is there any kind of animation generator (tool) ? or I have to do it by manually ? or any other paid service I could use ?

Thanks for the message! This is a React template which has been built with React, Next js and some other technologies! As this is not a WordPress theme so unfortunately can’t be installed in a website as a WordPress theme.

The item title and description has not been said anything about the item is a WordPress theme but all the information about React or Next JS based features.

Thanks for the message! Yes, the template has installation guidelines and it can be installed on shared Linux hosting. But please make sure you have ssh access to the hosting account so you can run npm commands there. You should have permission to install new packages also update the NodeJS when required.

If there any issue with the above then we recommend buying the HTML version of StartP.
