Yes, of course I remember what I said and always fulfil what I promised. The reason of this delay wjth updates is fact that I develope themes for TF in my free time. And last I almost have free time, because have a lot of freelance job, from identity to web sites.
Now I made WP release of StylishWeb and plan make updates to HTML template when I’ll publish SW WP theme. Ok, if you so need it, I can add some updates earlier, next week for example.

Hi Nekto, Love this file, I’m unable to get contact form to work, changed contact address in php file. It comes up that mail as been sent, but never get it?

You have to change e-mail address in the mailer.php (by default there’s my personal e-mail). After that all messages will be send to your address.

It’s so frequently asked question! So you can change this preload image in two ways:
1st way
Download with this link source files, find replace picemaker.swf file in piecemaker folder, copy and replace it for your site. In result will be shown default “Loading first image…” frase.
2nd way (if you want to add your own image for preloading)
Open downloaded source piecemaker.fla and find preloader Movie clip in Library (to see it press Ctrl+L for Windows or Cmd+L for Mac). Open it. You’ll see StylishWeb preload image. Copy and paste here your image and drag it into right place you want. After that save file and press Ctrl+enter 9or Cmd+Enter for Mac). Now you got new piecemaker.swf file. Copy and replace it into your site. That’s all

The addition of this file made no difference. I have emptied my browser cache, tried different browsers etc.
Just to clarify – I replace the file you sent in the “piecemaker” folder – correct?
Can you send me an alternative solution please – for obvious reasons, I can’t submit this project to a client with the first loading screen advertising a template!
EDIT : I might advise a general solution of having a generic “Loading” page for the first Piecemaker slide for the download page here on Theme Forest as currently all users have to edit this file in flash (if they have the right version)
I want to be very clear that I love this theme so I don’t want to bark away on one issue -

Flash CS4 is the only version I have, porting over the fileset you sent does not work.
I see you offered to replace the first image for another poster above – I will send you an image and you can send me an amended Piecemaker fileset.

How do I remove the very first slide from the piecemaker – it shows an image of the template screen – I see the remaining slides in the Piecemaker image folder – just the initial loading image.
Obvioulsy I cannot have this in place for a cleint’s site!

EDIT – Disregard I saw your solution above. I might suggest not doing this for your next theme and it’s a little unnecessary work that everyone would have to change. A simple “Loading…” would suffice!

I only have MS Frontpage and Notepad.
Also, I want to make sure I can change the header from black to another colour – and the top menu link colours – is that done with .css?

You can change a color of header, but you can’t make something like current headers textured gradient, only plane color or css gradient for last browsers. To modify psd files you need almost any version of Adobe Photoshop, not only latest versions. You can’t do it with Frontpage or Notepad, sorry. But menu link colors are fully manage by css, yes, you can change it’s colors by modifying with Notepad

Same thing In Safari. If I open the live preview (any color) in Safari it looks like there’s not enough space for the gray dots in the top-right corner of the 2d slider. The last dot goes down.
As I said earlier, just set min-width for slider navigation. It should help.

Again, you have created a great platform for us to get the site going. The only issue I have is the way the site looks in Internet Explorer. You can test this out for yourself. Go to sleeve360.com we have customized it heavily. If you open the site up in any other browser it looks fine but, in Internet Explorer the three image blocks below the slides is way off and the footer is screwed up too. What can I do to fix this since, unfortunately, Internet Explorer is the most widely used browser? I can’t stress enough how crucial it is to get this fixed. Please let me know. Thanks.
Hey Tim,
I see you’ve modified psd source files and make your own style and something goes wrong. The problem is in images that you’ve sliced. Please check sizes of them, in my themes all part works correctly in all IE versions.
What’s about footer.. sorry, but I haven’t seen any problem there.
Also please compare your css files and the source files in your items archive and modify it.

I’m having a similar issue to rdavenport. I cannot seem to open the FLA used to create piecemaker. Did you create this with CS5 ? I’m running CS4 .
If this is the case, is it possible to rectify this?
Otherwise, I’ll just send you my first image as per your instructions above?

Yes, now I use CS5 , but I mean, it can’t be a reason that .fla file can’t be opened. For checking it you can download default source files from plugin’s authors page with this link

The first image when using the peacemaker intro page has an image of the template itself, where can I change this, or just get rid of it?
I don’t have any way to edit flash fla files.

When I developed the theme, I modified direct piecemaker.fla file: finded first slide and replace the image. Here’s plugin’s full documentation.
