HI, can you modify the site, in order to do personalised subscription, when customer should choose answers in 3-4 steps, for example choose periodic time (every week, month, quarter), quantity of the product (2,3,4 pc per period), choose flavors or types of product (for example lemon soap, mint soap, lavander soap), and choose upsales some asseccosseries for the product. This additional option will help a lot.

I have purchased this theme because in the description they said got PSD. Now after purchase, there is no PSD. If you don’t have psd, pls not put it in the description. It has misleading information.

It will also be available in the template update in a couple of days. I’m sorry for the confusion! The template does contain a PSD file, but currently it’s only for the video thumbnails

Hi and thanks for your purchase. It appears that you are trying to upload a HTML template as a WordPress theme. This won’t work. Subscription Box is currently a HTML template and you will need to modify the actual HTML and CSS to create your website. The WordPress version will be available in a couple of weeks

On this page subscriptionbox/HTML/index.html there is a problem with the images in the slider. When viewed on mobile devices, images become deformed.

Hi there! This is a HTML template. This means that you need to handle back-end integration yourself – payments, subscription, etc. We are working on the WordPress version for this document, which will be a separate product. This WordPress version will have a back-end subscriptions management (although you will still need to find a payment processor for your business) and it will be available in approximately one month from now.
