SuperFine is an HTML template that has no CMS built-in, if you need change the content it will be manually change the html code and copy paste the pages,

This is not a CMS Theme, It is an HTML5/CSS3 Template and can’t be installed directly on any CMS.

This is the logic of HTML Templates for sale on Envato marketplace.

you can easily resolve this issue by saving this file with ANSI encoding,

Ex: easily open it with Notepad and Save As then Choose ANSI encoding.
