I suddenly noticed I cannot scroll any pages on my website for which I am using this Terminus template. I checked the demo template http://velikorodnov.com/html/terminus/ and the same thing is happening with that site too. Perhaps one of the scripts is no longer compatible with Chrome’s latest update. Please post a fix for all users of this template as soon as possible. Thank you!
It is only in Google Chrome that I cannot scroll in your template.

It’s not a problem to remove animation. You just have to remove one class

Could you plz give me a hint where I can configure the footer not staying always at the bottom of my browser window? I want the footer straight after my content. (do not having so much space between my content and the footer i.e. in a large iMac window).

See theme.core.js map_options: { zoom: 15, }, replace with map_options: { zoom: 15, scrollwheel: false },
and theme.core.min.js c={map_options:{zoom:15} replace with
