Should I take the necessary plug-ins (licenses) for to use site like demo view? Or Which ones ?

Nope. The plugins are included in the theme and you can use them like in the demo version.
Nice work, but is the isotope license included?
Yes the Isotope License is included but you need to re-download the theme in couple of hours since i fogoth to add the license to the pack 
.
Okay well i have looked on the website and you probably should ask the author as the license says:
This Agreement grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software to design and develop software (Applications).
So just a heads up before you file gets pulled due an copyright issue.

Hello again, just noticed in Chrome the pricing tables mess up when I mouse over. The $ sign moves to centre of numbers, also in very top bar the login username & a number 4 are squashed up.

Yes you can use it but i don’t think will keep the design as clean and easy.
This is a lovely template, great work. Can I ask a couple of pre-sales questions?
1 – Would it be easy to create vertical tabs rather than horizontal
2 – Are the contact form, twitter feed & blog operational or just for design purposes

Hi miam00, and thank you for the inerest in our theme.
1. vertical tabs will be the same easy to make by just adding class “vertical” to the tabs. the styling for the vertical tabs is updating now so it will be available in couple of hours. (thank you for pointing this out )
2. The contact form is fully functional (contact.php). Twitter feed and Blog are just for design purpose but the twitter feed will be updated with a functional one.

We are planing to make a WP version but we don’t have a release date yet since we are planing to add some more features and need some testing and research.
