1. To Remove the pre-loader you should delete this code from every html file
delete this code from every html page:<div id="loader" />.
2. Remove the scroll script at JS folder
js/jquery.nicescroll.js

I’ve removed the file js/jquery.nicescroll.js but the normal scrollbars doesnt appear…
That should work 100% but make sure you are removing it from the right folder (from the folder of the skin u choosed to use.).

Sorry this is a Bootstrap-based theme which is responsive in nature so you can’t disable it.

I am having a strange problem once importing demo data (Regular Version with Visual Composer): Once imported, and I go into the pages to edit them, the visual composer doesn’t work, it instead shows the actual shortcodes. Also the home page shows shortcodes written for the user to see.

You should edit the contact.php file too which is located in ‘php’ folder but i really can’t help you further with this cuz i have zero knowledge with PHP. we as html coders use the same ready-made php contact form. i never modified one.

I changed the elements in the page and now is working on the PC browser but i found out that I’m still not able to scroll the page when using the smartphone. Tablet is ok too. I have installed the latest version and your demo is working fine. What can I do? Thank you.
hi Oogabada, yes that’s true, we still haven’t found a solution to make it work on smartphone (firefox browser) it works in default’s browser though (android).
I’m on smartphone with chrome browser and your demo is working fine. I can’t understand why.

i’m really sorry but we don’t take responsibility after client changes, i’ve checked your site but can’t seem to find the solution. it’s easier for you to find cuz you know exactly what you have changed since it’s your own project. try to remove some html and css and see if one of them affects it.

for mobile views you have to edit the ‘responsive.css’ file which is locateded in CSS folder.

we haven’t made it Fixed beacuse some of the content will not be visible in smaller devices (screens)
i mean in this version: http://premiumlayers.com/demos/trendystuff/layout1/auto/index.html the right one. There is written “fixed@overlay-y:scroll.com” So i supposed, that i should set any parameter to fix it…... But doesn’t matter
In fact I have designed this template to work like that’s why I wrote that there, thinking that the coder will get the idea how sidebar will work but he missed that point unfortunately and made the code structure differently and now the sidebar isn’t suitable to be fixed.
Later on today I will give it a try and let u know if I find a solution.

Hi, i found the answer why not scroll on android smartphones. You really need to fix the problem with tablets. The menu looks very bad. In ipod tablet resolution 768 of 1024 missing menu. This is not the first product that I buy from you. So be a great support. Have a nice day

i’m trying to be great at support and i always do with all clients except when there’s something that i can’t really do it. we are human beings and we do mistakes and sometimes we are not able to fix some issues in web templates. don’t really know what to do.
as for the tablet issue. i checked the demo with responsive simulator and it’s all showing great in all resolutions. you can check it yourself:

Hi, bro i understan you, but i also check it demo with simulator, and look it really bad mby coz i use https. This is the reason why not scroll <html style=”overflow: hidden;”><head> should be <html style=”overflow: scroll;”>. I also purchased Construction – Industrial HTML5 Template from you and u have the same problem. For tablets not scrolling.
it’s really weird. i’m checking with the responsive simulator and it shows all fine.
regarding the scroll, is it working after applying that code (overflow:scroll;)
