I am writing to request a refund for the website template I recently purchased. I had purchased the template with the expectation that it would include HTML pages suitable for use on a local host. However, I received .liquid pages instead, which are specific to Shopify and not compatible with my intended use.

Since I need HTML pages for my local host setup and not the Shopify .liquid format, the template does not meet my requirements.

Hi, I’m trying to have one of my main menu item open in an external link in a new tab. I have tried adding some script to theme.js so that all external links open in a new tab but this has not taken effect to the main menu. Any suggestions on where this is possible to control? hello, i have installed the theme uma in my shopiy account. its working fine. but there ist one problem. the rightSidePanel with the language flags ….. ... i dont know, how i change the links. i dont know, where i find the app to install.

the penal ist there, but the links are the links of your demo installation.

what have i to do? please help me.

we purchased your theme “Uma” on August 3rd, 2021 via the envato elements store. Our license code is: 2XNSLAMFG6

In our customers shop we have installed the “Uma 13” Shop-Template. Due to European data privacy regulations our customer now wants to embed all used Google Fonts, als also Font Awesome locally. For this purpose we need to know in which Theme files (such as .head-css.liquid etc.) the Google Font and also Font Awesome are loaded.

Could you please name us the files we have to adapt?

Dear sir / madam,

Last week we bought the UMA theme and installed theme no.3

We noticed that editing the theme in the admin zone is very very slow. If we make a change and save it, it will take to around 10 seconds before we can continue the editing.

Is that common? If not, what can be wrong, and how to solve it?

Good afternoon, we bought your theme earlier this week and have been working to configure this. Unfortunately when we try to edit Shopify is showing that the HTML has errors and we are unable to configure this template further, what do you suggest we do to fix this? Get this alert, and I cant edit my page. What do I do?

“Issue detected: stylesheet took too long to compile. Update theme code to decrease compilation time. Contact your theme’s support team to fix this error.”

For some reason or another the theme does not display the header menu on mobile/tablet’s when clicking the 3 lines on the home page but displays fine on other pages. Please advise how I can get this fixed, I reached out to people on Fiverr but they say there’s too many errors on the theme’s coding so they decline to look into it.
