I would like to know if the html-laravel version works correctly with AJAX?
Hello PTServices,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
In the HTML-Laravel version of our theme, we use Vite to handle the build process. Regarding AJAX, it is currently implemented only within the DataTables components for handling JSON data.
If you plan to use AJAX in other parts of your project, you would need to customize the theme according to your specific requirements.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need assistance with customization.
Hi,

Hi avduo,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
Could you please specify which version (HTML, HTML + Laravel, ASP.NET Core, Django, Next.js, VueJS, VueJS + Laravel or NuxtJS) you are referring to?
Regards.

Does this need to be updated for ASP.NET Core 9.0 ?
Hello Phototrope,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
We’re pleased to inform you that .NET 9 has been released in our theme as of yesterday. This update includes several design improvements and numerous UI enhancements to provide an even better experience.
For a detailed overview of all the changes, you can refer to the changelog here: https://demos.pixinvent.com/vuexy/changelog.html Additionally, for comprehensive documentation, please visit the following link: https://demos.pixinvent.com/vuexy-html-admin-template/documentation/net-core-introduction.htmlIf you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to let us know!
Thank you for your response. That’s good news! I have another question. In your demo, under Form Elements -> Extra there is a phone number control, the country code drop down doesn’t seem to be working. (I’m using Edge). Does your phone number control support country codes?
Hello Phototrope,
In the extra page of the form elements, we use a third-party library called Cleave-Zen for phone number formatting. The library formats the phone number, but the country code you see is only for display purposes and is not formatted—it’s just text.
Please feel free to let me know if you have any further questions!
i try following intruction from documentation page, laravel html with full version and starter kit project can’t running like in documentation.

I have this script in another account of mine, and I would like to know if I can use the pure Laravel version without Vite? Vite causes a lot of problems on shared hosting servers.
Hello Systhesys,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
We only offer the HTML-Laravel version with Vite. Unfortunately, we do not have a pure Laravel version without Vite. However, if you wish to use our theme with a pure Laravel project, you can integrate our HTML version into your Laravel project. This would be the easiest approach.
If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
Where can the dark mode css be edited?
Once having self made elements, the css needs to be changed in the dark mode file as well.
All I see is the the theme attribute changes from light to dark.
Hi guyzamir,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Our theme uses SCSS, which is compiled into CSS. To add custom styles, please make sure you write them in the SCSS files.
For custom styles specifically, you should add them in the scss_custom-styles.scss file.
For theme-specific styles (both dark and light mode), you can refer to this guide for working with variables and styles: https://demos.pixinvent.com/vuexy-html-admin-template/documentation/customization-sass.html#overwrite-bordered-css-variable
Additionally, for more detailed information on SCSS files and the folder structure, please refer to our full documentation here: https://demos.pixinvent.com/vuexy-html-admin-template/documentation/customization-sass.html#folder-structure
If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
I need more help, I decided to use the pure laravel template, but to put it on shared hosting on hostinger it doesn’t work, because I can’t run npm run build there and I can only do it locally, and when I upload it to hosting it gives a lot of errors in the console of assets not found, how does it work to put this template to work on shared hostinger hosting?
https://prnt.sc/SS68BAp8HOuCHello ANdersonpfontes,
For technical queries, it would be better if you create a support ticket on https://pixinvent.ticksy.com/ so that you and our team can easily keep track on it.
You’re getting a classic CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) error in your Laravel app.
Here’s what’s happening: Your frontend (looks like Vite dev server on localhost:5173) is trying to access resources (scripts, assets, APIs) from your backend (https://dev.fontes.business). But the backend isn’t allowing requests from your frontend’s origin because the required CORS headers are missing.
Please feel free to checkout the laravel docs regarding CORS here: https://laravel.com/docs/12.x/routing#cors. By following the docs, you can easily fix this issue.
Thanks a lot
Navbar is not working good on nextjs horizontal layout. Navbar Menu Component has many bugs in this version. Also many pages are loading slowly.
Hi invaco,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
Could you kindly provide a more detailed description of the issue with the navbar so that we can offer you the most appropriate assistance?
Regarding the pages loading slowly, please note that this is expected during the development phase. However, this issue will not persist in the deployed template.
Regards.
Hi, you can see these bugs on your demo page. Are you checking your demo pages? All pages loading too slowly. This is your production demo.
On the other hand just open your nextjs demo from your page. Have you every test your code? This is not a small bug. Navbar is your main component. https://demos.pixinvent.com/vuexy-nextjs-admin-template/demo-2/en/dashboards/crm Change navbar menu as horizontal from theme customizer. Than try to use navbar menu. when you click a item in navbar menu it is not closing. but sometimes it is closing. component is not working stable. fully buggyHi invaco,
Thanks for providing the detailed information.
We have attempted to reproduce the issue you described; however, the navibar menu appears to be functioning correctly on our end. The menu closes as expected each time a navigation item is clicked.
Could you please try to replicate the issue using your browser’s guest mode? If the problem persists, kindly let us know which browser you are using so we can attempt to reproduce the behavior in that specific environment.
Regards.
Any future plane to add POS page ?
Hi JumanIS,

The latest version has issues when setting the RTL in the config.js.
It simply does not save the changes.
Tried clearing cache, localstorage, diffrent browser.
Hello Guyzamir,
Thank you for contacting us!
Due to priority, the lang setting takes precedence over defaultTextDir, so when lang is set to “en”, the text direction falls back to LTR. To enforce RTL, please update both settings in your config.js. For example:
lang: localStorage.getItem(‘templateCustomizer-’ + templateName + ‘—Lang’) || ‘ar’,
defaultTextDir: ‘rtl’,
With lang: ‘ar’ and defaultTextDir: ‘rtl’, your interface will render right-to-left.
Please let us know if you have any other questions!
Looks OK now.
I did not see this in the documentation.
Also, Can you please add Hebrew to the languages support?
Hello Guyzamir,
We have detailed documentation available to guide you through adding a new language to your theme. You can follow the instructions in this document to add Hebrew language support: https://demos.pixinvent.com/vuexy-html-admin-template/documentation/customization-js.html#translation-i18nIf you encounter any issues or have further questions, please don’t hesitate to let me know. I’m happy to assist!
i don’t recommend anybody to buy this item. i have a bad experience with them, i posted it bellow. they don’t even want to refund me, am going to open a paypal dispute on this.

What are the differences between Vuexy, Materilaize and Materio (Themeselection)?
I am looking for a Next.js template to work on MERN stack project.
Hi Calisen,
Thank you for showing interest in our template and getting in touch with us.
The main distinction between these themes is the UI, in addition to the varying frameworks we provide.
You are welcome to use any framework with any integrations; however, please note that this will need to be done independently.
Regards.
How can I use the Timeline Views option for the calendar? I would be very grateful if you could support me with the HTML version.
Hello fatihkarakas,
Thank you for reaching out!
We are using a third party library called fullcalendar, for the calendar component in our UI demo. The Timeline View, which you mentioned, is implemented using JavaScript for event handling. You can leverage this functionality in your own project by utilizing our code.
Here are the resources you can use:
Demo Page: https://demos.pixinvent.com/vuexy-html-admin-template/html/vertical-menu-template/app-calendar.html
HTML File Path: html\vertical-menu-template\app-calendar.html
JavaScript Files: assets\js\app-calendar.js
assets\js\app-calendar-events.js
For detailed guidance on configuring and customizing the calendar, we recommend referring to the official FullCalendar documentation. FullCalendar Demos: https://fullcalendar.io/demos
If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help!
I do not recommend purchasing this template. It has several issues and does not work reliably.
Their support team has not been helpful. I spent many hours developing on it, assuming the issues I encountered would eventually be resolved with their assistance. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They kept referring to nonce-related issues, and even after I provided them with a video clearly showing the problem, they still didn’t offer a real solution.
When I requested a refund, it was denied, despite the persistent technical issues. I ended up having to purchase a new template and rebuild everything from scratch, which cost me time and money.
For context:
Sometimes the template works, but often it doesn’t.
A developer on my team who had previously used Vuexy warned me about similar issues.
Even starting from the base version, the template is noticeably slow and problematic.
I’m disappointed with the support and the product overall.
Vuexy team, here is my ticket: https://pixinvent.ticksy.com/ticket/4039315 I hope you’ll reconsider and issue a refund as soon as possible. i will keep everybody updates here about my issue.
Hello Tyoussef,

That said, we would still like to assist further if you’re open to it. If the issue you’re facing is still unresolved, please let us know—we’re here to help.
Tyoussef, we appreciate your patience and hope we can still work towards a positive resolution. Feel free to reach out in our support ticket.
for transparency make sure you show all the details of the conversation
here is the issue i am talking about : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VjcT0yW45Js
And your response was not related to the problem at all, you keep telling me i have a back-end issue.
My project is stuck, i have changed the template, your template cost me me money and i paid hours of development.
now i want my refund.
verry simple.
Dear Youssef,
Thank you for sharing the detailed video with us; it’s incredibly helpful in allowing us to improve our product.
We’re glad to have been able to assist you with the concerns you raised regarding the template.
Regarding your refund request, we have already approved it. Kindly check your account for
problem has been solved. i have got a refund.
Hi, I’m considering purchasing this template, but before I proceed I want to make sure that the components such as widgets, cards, and other UI elements are designed to be easily reusable.
Is the template structure built with proper Vue components (following best practices like props, slots, and separation of concerns), or are most elements just hardcoded into the pages like a static HTML layout?
I’m specifically looking for a setup where I can reuse components without copying and pasting code between pages.
Thanks in advance!
Hello morsmohammadi,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
All the UI elements in our template is implemented as a Vue component, not as hard-coded HTML. So, they are completely reusable and customizable as per your requirement. We’ve used Vuetify component library throughout the project and followed all the Vue best practices.
Hello,
Thanks for your response.
However, the source code I received after purchasing the template was not as you described. The UI elements were not implemented as reusable Vue components; instead, they were provided as plain HTML that required manual copy-paste for each use. There was no proper component structure, nor any dynamic or reusable logic built with Vue.
If you can prove that the version you delivered (not a newer version) actually contained Vuetify-based Vue components and followed best practices, I’m willing to purchase the template again.
Looking forward to your clarification.
Hello Morsmohammadi,
Thanks for the reaching out.
Can you please confirm the you have purchased the vue version or checking the vue version of the Vuexy. Here is the demo of the Vuexy Vuejs admin template: https://demos.pixinvent.com/vuexy-vuejs-admin-template/demo-1/components/alert. Here you can also check the code of all components. They are using the Vuetify.
If you still have some doubts, please feel free to get in touch with us.
Useles shit!! wastening of money try to use AppDateTimePicker based on vue-flatpickr-component one of the shities componets ever!!!! vuexy Devs are stupid nor not testing code they saleing? fucking iditoes everyware!! do not belive me just try use AppDateTimePicker on dialog box!!!!
Hello Devkamil,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
AppDateTimePicker does have some issues when used inside a modal. This happens because it is built using the vue-flatpickr-component, which has some known issues when using with modals. You can also check the issues on their repo: https://github.com/flatpickr/flatpickr/issues/1241 . Our team has already reported several such issues with the library.
However, we do have a workaround available for this kind of issues. Kindly raise a support ticket with a clear explanation of your issue at: https://pixinvent.ticksy.com/
Our technical team will be happy to assist you and help you resolve the issue.
Thank you for your understanding.
Besides the framework, what’s the difference between Vuexy and Frest?
Hello curbbb,
The other difference is the UI between themes. Also, people’s favorite is Vuexy, so we prefer it for priority on releases and updates.
Hello Support Team,
I’m experiencing an issue with the theme sometimes icons are not displaying correctly. Instead of showing the intended icon, they appear as empty squares (as shown in the attached screenshot).
Hi ihab_moudhich,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
Could you kindly inform us about the technology stack you are using (e.g., HTML, HTML + Laravel, ASP.NET Core, Django, Next.js, VueJS, VueJS + Laravel, or NuxtJS)?
Regards.
we are using Laravel +VueJS
I’m using HTML with Laravel for my project. The issue occurs intermittently—sometimes the icons do not display correctly and are replaced by empty square icons
Hello ihab_moudhich,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
To help resolve the issue you’re experiencing, please check for any PHP or JavaScript errors, as these can sometimes interfere with the display of icons. If you encounter any errors, kindly address them and then check the icons again.
Additionally, it seems the screenshot you shared hasn’t reached us. Could you please resend the error details? This will help us provide a more accurate solution.
If the issue persists, we recommend testing with a fresh package, as any previous changes you’ve made might be contributing to the problem. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance.
Can you please add the logo to the mobile version as well?
From a marketing perspective, it’s not good to not have a logo on the mobile version.
Hello Guyzamir,
Thank you for reaching out with your request to add the logo to the mobile version. Could you please clarify which template you are referring to? If you’re referring to Vuexy, the logo is displayed when the sidebar is opened on the mobile version. However, if you’d like to add the logo elsewhere, you can customize it as per your specific needs and requirements.
Please let us know more details so we can assist you further!
Best regards,
