Marimba productions is the production company of Marimba & Multi – Percussion soloist Ziv Eitan. Ziv Eitan, the international percussion artist, can play nearly everything – whether Baroque music, the great classical works or Japanese percussion music.His fields of expertise also include electronic music, free-style improvisation, world music with an ethnic music, free-style improvisation, Latin music, jazz music and more. Ziv Eitan is proficient in an enormous range of percussion instruments, over 50 types of drums and percussion instruments are on stage during his performances.
His style is virtuoso,compelling, unique highly sensetive and emotional. He appears on major music stages worldwide – from leading concert halls,like the Treptow Arena in Berlin, to football stadiums in the U.S – and performs at leading international festivals.His performances have integrated modern dance groups, theatre actors, diverse musicians from around the world, video artists and DJs.He also holds master classes for universty students and musicians, special concerts for children and teenagers, performances for corporate and global enterprises, TV and radio shows, in addition to appearing as a soloist with symphony orchestras.
