Hi there DT support. I love this theme , but I have had to remove it from my site as every time I install it and activate it’s required plugins my site gives of an memory error message, and I cannot restore it to the way it was working before the wordpress 2.4.1 security update. My web host has tried all methods to get it up and running, and now after 2 weeks of trying I completely decided to wipe my site, It’s directories and data bases. I re-installed wordpress a new again, then installed the theme on a fresh install no other plugins or data base information. When I activated the plugins I get the same message and a white page of death. There has to be some kind of conflict between your theme and the plugins, or with wordpress’s updates but the folks at wordpress forums tell me it is either my plugins or the theme, unfortunately it seems this time the culprit is the theme. As I am running a business which my clients require website access for their memberships, I have decided to give this theme a rest until some newer updates are made. It is a shame as I said, I only use the plugins you guys recommend, as well as the WPML plugins and pro memberships but nothing seems to work. I would like to get more information of what the problems could be as I have read your documentation thoroughly, tried the suggestions, but nothing works. Sorry for this bad feedback. Yeah, we did that, in fact they even went as far as increasing the limit to 2000mb… But still got the memory issues. So not sure why or what happened. here. Actually your documentation is well written enough to figure out the average problem, this time however, nothing works… I am contemplating on moving servers which may fix the problem. But I am concerned that even doing so I may have the same issue.

I just installed on another new server (GoDaddy) and that seems to have fixed the issue so far. It is unfortunate as I was with the other server for so long… anyway, I will keep you updated on the progress. Question, I checked out the faq’s but still uncertain, as the other sites domain needs to be transferred, I have purchased a new domain for my clients to use in the meantime. However, is it possible to use this theme on both domains or does it require a separate purchase? I do not want to break any rules nor hurt your business. The faq’s said one end product, Use in a free end product (more than one end user allowed), does that mean the one user can use it on more than one site with the one product? I am not clear on this. Please inform. At the moment it is being used on one domain now. I just need clarification. Kind Regards

The excerpt will not show the contents that are in the shortcode. So if your content has shortcodes, then it will not be displayed in the excerpt.

also, after import dummy content there’s only few pages, and certainly any to look like the home page—- no slider (no wonder, is not activated!), no icons, etc… what am I doing wrong?

Hi,
Earlier I placed a request to remove the stuff that was placed in the sidebar of the page ‘Shop’ by default and could not be removed in the admin.
Now I’m trying to add something to that same sidebar, but this does not work. I can drag and drop any thing into the widget area but it does not appear on the site.
I tried to place it in ‘Page: Shop’ and in ‘Shop Eveywhere’.
Can you have a look at what is wrong?

It seems that you are using a very old version of our theme. Please update our theme with latest version 2.3 and check the issue. Follow the below steps to update the theme.
i) Download the theme from themeforest page.
ii) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
iii) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already.
iv) Go to wp-content/plugins/ through FTP.
v) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
vi) Then Login to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. That’s it. Now you are updated to the latest version.

I really like this theme but I’m having some trouble with the gallery. I only have one that needs to be shown (with only 1 category) and I have 7 images in there. The gallery itself (with the feature image) is showing on the page, but when I click to zoom, I’m only getting the gallery’s feature image. The rest of my pictures aren’t showing when I click the arrows to scroll through. They are there when I click to go to the slideshow, but not for the zoom. How can I get all the images to be there?
Alternately, is there a way to show all images from the gallery itself on the page so there is no slideshow? I don’t need separate galleries/categories and don’t have many pictures so I’d prefer to just have all 7 pictures listed in thumbnail view with a zoom for each. Is this doable instead of the way it is set up for separate galleries? Essentially what I’d like is what is on the demo gallery for 3 columns, without sidebar, with each box being one picture instead of a full gallery.
I’d also like to remove the link icon for all of so only the zoom is left. Can you please let me know how to do this?
Another thing I’ve noticed is that the navigation bar stays at the front and covers pictures and pop-ups. How can I fix this?

1) Only in the gallery details page it will show all the images associated with the gallery item. In the gallery template page, only the featured image of all the gallery items will be shown.
2) Just add this css code in Dashboard > Kidszone > Integration > Custom Css to remove the link in the gallery page.

Hi, after the last theme update revolution slider won’t work. It writes something about ajax error when I want to create new slider. The old one disappeared. I update the theme like it was written in documentation: deleted desighnthemes core feature, reinstalled and reactivated.

It seems that you have added woocommerce brand plugin. The product search will work only for the product title. For example if you are searching with the keyword “lascal” it should in title, description. Only then the search will show the results. Hope you understand.

We have not said the problem is due the plugin. The woocommerce product search will only search for the keywords in title and description. Since you are searching with the keyword “lascal” which is from brand plugin, the search will not work. Try to search with the keywords in title and description and check it.

Exactly at what situation you are loosing the contents. You mean while updating the contents of the site using page builder you are loosing the contents? You can use either page builder or WordPress editor in the pages.
If you have some content in the WordPress editor and then you click page builder button and enable it and drag and drop some modules or without putting the modules, if you update the page, the WordPress editor content will be erased. In short, when you try to use WordPress editor, just disable the page builder and use the WordPress editor.

Hi there I know all that. It is when I want to chance the German version. On the frontend it is German but in the backend it is English and it should not be en inglish. And I have made sure that it is the german version I’m chancing in the backend. And ofcause when I update the German page will be in english. I know how the the system works!

Have added KidsZone Twitter Widget to my footer. Have entered the four keys/secret/tokens from apps.twitter.com but when I save and refresh page I see message “No public Tweets found”.
