I purchased the WordPress version of the Shrimpy theme. I set up a new site on my hosting account and installed WordPress 6.8.1 (the latest version) with nothing extra other than the base theme of Twenty twenty-five.
I installed the Shrimpy WordPress theme.
If I try to hit Live Preview or Activate the theme, I get:

Is your theme not compatible with the latest versions of WordPress?
I filled out your form to contact support a week ago and have gotten no response.

Update: If I try to click the support button now, the website is blocked by all browsers on my office and home computers and phone, saying it is a Phishing site.

Hi there, you need to update the theme to the latest version. One of the current issues comes from a jQuery issue which has been fixed months ago. You need to download the latest version from TF.

To create “Daily Specialities” section 5. Front Page Sections > 4- Creating Foods (gallery) Section
To arrange sections You can order sections in the menu
Let me know the result.
Do you want to remove hover? and show food details in Daily Specialities gallery under each food image item?
No remove hover. Maintain hover and when click on ‘More details’, food details appears under food image gallery.
It’s possible but what you need this custom modification is beyond the support. For paid customization please use profile contact form.

I am contacting you in regards of the theme I purchased “Shrimpy”. I am currently testing the theme and checking the features. I have noticed that when I make a menu page it displays fine on a single page “http://new.euphoria.bg/сладкарница-еуфория/меню/”; however, it does not display properly on the main page “http://new.euphoria.bg/”. Please let me know what am I doing wrong, as the demo shows that this could be displayed on the main page.

Please ask the help documentation for installation theme completely. By the way, you need to create/assign a navigation to the theme. Also, you can import demo data to creating theme same as ours.

Hi! Unfortunately there is no option in theme options for that. But it’s not a hard modification. You will need to edit header.php and change a few lines

Hi by current font size 8 items is normal, you can have multi-level menu for more menu items.
The menu just works as wordpress menu system does, it can show custom menu with custom title.
