Hi there. When I create a gallery, every single image is displayed instead of only a thumb of e.g. the first image.
I would have expected like to have 1 gallery of the bedroom, 1 gallery of the garden, 1 gallery of the kitchen etc.
Is there no way to set the galleries like that?
Actually… what I could do is to create multiple different subsites/ galleries under my main-category called “Images”. However, then I would have the main-category to act like on hover. AKA when I click on images I expect the dropdown to appear instead of neither displaying # or nothing. Will that be achievable?

Yeah, there is a lightbox built-in. Check out the documentation under “Image Gallery & Video”. There is a section covering how to automatically turn the lightbox on.

Hi,
I’m thinking of buying this theme for one of my assignments. Can I build in a calendar that shows if the property has been rented out or now? Like from may 1st until may 5th it shows red because it’s been booked and green when it’s available.

We don’t have a built-in calendar but you could easily add-in this functionality via a plugin. Check out wordpress.org and codecanyon.net as they both have some great calendar plugins. Any WordPress calendar plugin will work great with our theme.

Yeah, we don’t have a sticky header option for this theme since most information is on the homepage and the navigation is transparent. You can however easily add-in one using a plugin like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/sticky-header/

Any plans for a mobile menu instead of the select box one? That make the theme look really dated. I’d buy it if you updated the mobile menu.
We are very happy with our current mobile menu select box. At this time we don’t have plans on changing this. One of the main reasons is that the select menu offers way better mobile support. We have tested various other solutions and get many more support requests due to devices not supporting various things. Also on a single page theme like this, we prefer a bullet-proof solution since most of the content is on the homepage.

1) Yeah, you can use this theme with WPML. The theme is ready to be translated
2) Yeah, you can turn auto play on for the slider if you want them to rotate automatically.

Ok, For the translation, I can create 2 versions with flags? eg an English version with English flag set, and a French version with French flags?
Adding language flags is controlled by the multi language plugin. All of the popular solutions like Polylang and WPML have built-in flags and multiple ways to display each language. I would check the WPML documentation for more in this.

We currently allow for a single property to be featured. You can re-use the homepage template if you want to feature additional single properties. However, there is no list of listings.

We are making progress, how ever, when using the theme, and displaying the site from ipad, the menu jumps behind the box.

The slider on the hompage was created with Revolution slider (that comes with the theme)? Also, do the images have to be that exact size for the theme layout to look correct, or can it not be as tall? Also do you have to have all the image thumbnails showing at the bottom of the slider? 1) We are not using the Revolution Slider. Instead we are using a custom version of the FlexSlider jQuery plugin.
2) The images in the slider are a cropped single size. You can adjust the height if you want them taller or shorter though. The Property Gallery image sizes can be various image sizes (Cropped or un-cropped).
3) You can easily enable or disable the image thumbnails below the slider.

Thanks for the answers. So the height of large images on the home page FlexSlider don’t have to be as tall as the demo (which I believe is 800 pixels)? Could those images be 400 pixels tall (just as an example)? And for all the images to fill the theme layout how wide do they have to be? I love the theme, just want to make sure that I can adjust the slider to my own image size without destroying the look of the theme.
When viewing the theme on a mobile device, are they any options to move the menu from being in the middle of the slider?
Oh one more question, I see there is a static image header on some of the other pages, is this a set size or can be adjusted as well? Thanks again for your help.
1) Yes, you can have any slider height you would like. It is very easy to adjust the image size so you can play around with that and get it perfect to your needs. The images in the slider will automatically span the full browser width.
2) There is no built-in option but you could easily adjust this by one line of CSS in the responsive styles.
3) This is a set height. This one is based on the height of the page title and margin above it. To adjust this shorter, you would need to add-in custom CSS to remove the top margin on the page title as needed.

All three of the plugins have language switchers built-in. You would just need to check the documentation for directions on how to add-in the flags. Polylang for instance has a PHP snippet you just copy/paste into place. The slider size is: 1400×800, gallery size is: 800×500, header image: 1500×500. You can easily adjust any of these sizes to be smaller or larger as needed.
