There is no definite size recommended for the products images sizes, but if you need the actual sizes:
the recommended size is: 390px width × 630px height.

Things seem to be VERY broken on my site… My woocommerce pages are set at full-width and look aweful. Images are doubling up on each other, Essential Grid settings aren’t updating. I’ve tried uninstalling non-essential plugins, but I’m running the site very lean. There isn’t much there that didn’t come with the package. Getting pretty frustrated.

Hello. Thanks for the awesome template! One question however. Why does my forum description have to be super long just to get the nice bbpress forum effects!? I don’t need such long descriptions but I want the cool icons to show. How do I modify this?
Now it doesn’t even work with long text :/. I don’t know how to get bbpress to look like the demo. It just looks plain.

hello its an awesome theme but i have some issue when i add more then 7-8 sub menus….. menu bar get hide is there any settings from admin when i am trying to add 8 submenus under menu and save from the admin.. global menu becomes unchecked and menu bar is not seen …. so please resolve my issue asap

There is no worries about the activation message, just ignore it and continue working as this is needed for auto update and this plugin is bundled with the theme and can’t be updated as standalone, the update will be included in the theme update

Means to ignore the activation as we purchased an extended license for the LayerSlider, so you don’t have to activate it, it will be updated with the theme update.

we installed the theme as mentioned in the steps with the available plugins you provided, however it is installed incomplete. portfolio pages are not complete with the dummy data like what looks in your provided online demo and other links in my installed version redirects me to your demo version. Blog also is not complete and when i hover over the main menu it is just EPMTY. i will send our testing setup in the email to check. Regards

I would like to purchase this template but i have a few questions.
Is it possible to change the menu layout on the homepage (the blocked 3D layout)? I would like the head navigation menu to be constantly the same layout as when you scroll down (flat, not 3D).
Also, is it possible to easily change colors like the background of menu items (head nav menu) or is this only possible trough changing the CSS file? And what about fonts?

There is an option in the dashboard to select from 7 header layouts, there is one navigation menu flat and not a 3d you can choose it

1. when hovering social icon and moving along the page i see black background for animated box…. are you going to fix that in near future?
2. Is it possible to add multi-language option later on and place it on the top right corner?

1. I can’t recognize this issue, but once you have any issues this will be fixed faster than you can imagine
2. Yes already there is an option in the theme options panel to select the language switcher on the right or left of the top bar.
3. Yes it is possible to remove the menu icons from the menu and then with extra CSS to be added in the custom CSS field in the theme options.

3. Also i have noticed that site in Windows 7 / Safari…. upon hovering on social icons on the top of the page….. it doesn’t recognize the webkit and shutsdown the site….

hi, awesome theme buddy. i have two questions though that i can’t figure out from your online documentation.
1. is there a way to completely remove the “page titles” from the website. when i change to the “home page template” that will remove the page title automatically, but when i use the “contract page” template the page title appears. is there a way to remove this site wide?
2. how do i change the style of the “headings” for each element/heading sitewide. they all appear by default as the first style on the footer, contract page etc (http://exception.it-rays.net/shortcodes/headings/), but i was wanting to change them to all appear as the 7th style on the page linked above. is this possible?

Hi, guys. Another strange issue came out after latest update. I am using post excerpt, But when user clicks on the read more or on post title only the excerpts is shown
