Hello, I notice you can have your blog with a left sidebar, right sidebar, etc. but on a single post, everything defaults back to the left sidebar. Is there an option to have the single post with a right sidebar?

The single post inherits the same settings at the listing page. e.g. If the list has a right sidebar so will the post details. They aren’t set separately at present.

Hello, I have installed the theme locally running it on xampp. After activating the plugins, I tried to switch to the child theme (and back to the parent as well ) and now have the following errors:

Where is theme documentation file? Into Documentation folder there’s only layerslider and visualcomposer documentation
And how to edit widget? With wordpress 4.4.2 everyithing is frozen into widget dashboard

great theme so far, I’ve really enjoyed it.
However, there has been one issue I haven't been able to resolve- the shop announcements aren't showing up when I have "left logo with left menu" selected. Also, the cart icon wont change, it is stuck as a cart.However, if I change it to “left logo with left menu below” or “center logo with left menu below” the shop announcements appear, and the icon changes to the one selected.

This is by design. The cart icon is different for the “left logo with left menu” and there is no room for the announcements on that layout type so they’re not displayed.
If you want the announcements and the different cart icons you would need to use one of the other header choices.

Awesome, no worries about the cart actually, I’m fine with that.
On the demo page then, is the white text that says ” Free Worldwide Shipping – Spend just $100!” in the blue header, is that just hardcoded into the “top tool bar left” widget?
Also…. why the confusion- One of the “shop announcements” has exactly the same text, and in the theme settings it only says “Announcements are not shown on the Center Menu – Center Logo header layout.” which is not the one I am using.
Also thanks for the fast reply! Really, this is an overall small issue, but I have spent far too much time trying to get them shop announcements to show up!

Re: white text – yes that’s just text hardcoded into the Top toolbar left widget area.
Re: that text in the theme settings – yes you’re 100% correct – that is a typo – it should refer to the Left menu left beside menu layout. I’ll get that changed – thanks for the heads up

- You’d need to overwrite the default add to cart template in WooCommerce to do this – there’s a guide here – http://docs.woothemes.com/document/override-loop-template-and-show-quantities-next-to-add-to-cart-buttons/
- You’d need a plugin for this – something like this perhaps – http://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-product-selling-time-limit/11615247
- This would normally be managed within a service like Google AdWords – it’s not really a core theme feature.

1. That’s a widget – Appearance > Widgets – ‘Top Toolbar Left’
2. You could put that into the ‘Top Toolbar Right’ widget area I guess – it might be better to put it into the Left side however, that’s more the space intended for custom content.

Firstly, really liking the theme so far. Just having difficulty adding the product categories to date: http://maxwellspharmacy.com/wordpress/ Only managed to add a few but they won’t appear in the drop down menu categories section when I try to add them.

You should be able to update Boulder through the Envato Toolkit plugin – I don’t believe it’s possible to update a theme automatically with it though.

Is your theme coded so that the WHOLE site including any 3rd party calls that your theme makes (or includes) can be 100% run under https (ssl)? without any browser warnings stating there are both secure and insecure content within your theme?

Yes the theme itself will be fine over https – there are no direct http calls – everything uses WP url paths and pick up http/https settings.

Hi there, I purchased this theme earlier today, but having issues installing through the WordPress dashboard. As soon as it reaches 100% it goes to a page asking “Are you sure you want to do this?” and “please try again’. Any ideas?

This means your host has an upload limit that is smaller than the theme zip file. Either ask your host to increase your upload limit to approx. 15MB or else upload the theme via ftp instead.

Great Theme!! But where is the documentation? The Documentation folder only holds a txt file. But maybe you can explain what makes your theme support RTL? Am I missing a switch somewhere? Or a check box? I found nothing and the theme is clearly LTR oriented, though my wordpress is in Hebrew.

if you have an RTL language active the themes rtl styles should auto kick in.

Since I already work with one of your themes (Adrenalin) I know you have kick ass products. I went through the documentaion before I posted this comment, since I found nothing on RTL activation. i just thought I am missing something. Is it possiable file permmision might be the cause for the RTL not working? I had some issues with that and it’s the first time I work with this hosting service. There is no point in specifing what did not work correctly, since it’s only a sign of the whole RTL problem. I’ll install your theme on a test server, to check out this issue and compare.
OK permmisions did help a bit but still some issues are left unsolved.

Also, the license they provide for LayerSlider has expired. Do you have another license?

Re: 1st question – can you disable the ‘YITH Ajax Navigation’ plugin and see if that solves it? We’ve had a couple of reports of this plugin causing the issue you’ve described. If that doesn’t work could you send a link and login to support@commercegurus.com and I’ll take a look asap.
Re: Layer Slider – despite the message Layerslider is fully licensed – that field is only for people who have purchased an individual license.

I am having the same issue, I cant get the CommerceGurus Toolkit plugin installed.
I read the previous comments and I deleted the entire child theme and active only the main theme , but I still can not installed the commerce guru toolkit.
Do I need this plugin? is there another way to install it? can you email me the plugin direct.

That sounds most unusual – are you sure you uploaded the correct zip file?
If you downloaded the main zip file the theme is inside this in another folder called ThemeInstall.
If this is what you are uploading shoot me an email to support@commercegurus.com with your WP site url, admin user/pass and your ftp login details.

There’s no option for that at the moment – but there are a few header alternative layouts in Theme Options -> Header settings that don’t have that bar.

I did look at that area, but maybe something went wrong during my install which I am only realising now. For some reason the appearances widget area doesn’t have ‘below body area’ and also it doesn’t allow me to edit the existing widget areas. I think I will submit a support ticket for this. Thanks
