Hi I cannot see pre-launch landing page after doing all kind of settings mentioned in documentation files

is it possible to duplicate sections and show them on the onepage? Now I’m limited by the current setup and I would like to show some sections more than once with different content.

Hi there! I just purchased your EOS theme from envato, but I have problems installing it.

First of all, I can not import the “export.txt” as described in the manual. There is no textfield to paste the text in, in the location you specified. Some pictures are not appearing in my installation, as you can see on the page: http://hashtagger.mennigmann.com

I can change settings, select pictures (for example I selected the logo picture top left manually), but when I wanted to change to pre-launch page and save the setting, nothing happens. The pre-launch page is not showing up, everything seems like the regular page is showing. Checking the setting shows, that I selected pre-launch mode, anyway.

I’m running a fresh install of the latest Wordpress version.

Please help!

2 Other questions: #1. When I delete all sections the page doesn’t load properly, how can I eliminate the menu and just show the hero page only? #2. When I add mailchimp how do I get the apple and android small icons to show up under the NOTIFY/SUBSCRIBE button under the email address input bar?

There is no import textarea in Appearance -> Theme Options -> Utility. How do I paste in the Export.txt file text?? Where do I do that? How can I do that without you guys logging into my account? Seems like until I do that the pre-launch page does not work properly.

Hi we bought our theme which is great by the way but each time we make a modification all our page order fall down and reorganise itself as it was first given! Is there a manipulation to do to be able to modify whithout this unconvenient issue?

Hi, I’ve followed the steps on the documentation but they are not exactly as described. First there is no /eos-full.zip file it comes as wp_eos.zip. Unless you refer as the file completely to upload that file that contains everything. Anyways, I uploaded through themes that file, then when i try to add the child it says there is “no parent found”... Anyways again, when I tried to import the demo, I follow the steps of your document and I get the html, and then follow adding the “static page, Home and Blog” and when I have to copy the text on the Utilities it doesn’t appear that option but just a button saying to import the content. So I click it.. and not everything appears some error boxes.. and when i try to set the pre launch landing page i turn it on and does not work.. the normal page stays.. I am following your documentation. I’ve tried uninstalling 6 times and have the same result. I am very disappointed.

I’m having trouble installing your EOS theme into my wordpress site. When I upload the Wp-EOS.zip and the EOS-child.zip, it notifies me that I’m missing the parent.zip and stylesheet. I’ve also noticed that we are using version 4.2.2 of wordpress. Could this also be a potential problem in the installation process? Please help me out asap!
