The custom font faces were not working with Outlook when I used the static index.html template. In order to get the custom fonts to appear in Outlook I had to add this code directly after the body tag: <!--[if mso]> <style type="text/css"> body, table, td {font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif !important;} </style> <![endif]-->

Hello,

Thank you for suggest! I will try to improve it.

I love this theme! I have been trying to edit the background images – and they used to work (on Mailchimp). Now they will only show a grey screen every time I preview it or send it out. Is this a Mailchimp issue?

Hello,

It’s not MailChimp issue. You should try add image to img folder Image file name: bg-main.jpg, bg-sep-1.jpg, bg-sep-2.jpg, bg-sep-3.jpg, bg-features.jpg, bg-number.jpg.

Or use StampReady builder edit style and text what you want.

I am having issues with the email displaying incorrectly (note that the preview in a browser looks fine, but when it is sent to Yahoo or Outlook, it does not render correctly). I have tested the unedited version in MailChimp and InfoUSA and both display fine in the preview, but when the email is actually sent and viewed in an email client, it looks wrong. Background image won’t display, tables are out of alignment and several of the fonts won’t display (Time Roman is shown).

Please advise. I’ve spent a considerable amount of time editing the email just to find out it is not compatible with any actual email programs.

Thanks.

The documentation only shows basic uploading information, nothing about the formatting errors or compatibility. I’ll send you an email shortly. Thanks

Thank you for sending me updates and trying to fix the email. Unfortunately, I have had to rebuild much of the email to be compatible with Outlook (which is, by far, the most important).

I hope to see a new email sometime soon.

Hi, I’ve figured out my issues within StampReady, but the template doesn’t work very well for Outlook. The background image doesn’t display, which is a known problem in Outlook but also everything is misaligned. For example, when you have the gallery pictures next to one another, the ones on the right will drop down and misalign with the boxes on the left.

Can you please troubleshoot on your end with Outlook? You said in your notes that the template was Outlook-compatible.

Hey…

Having an issue editing the HTML directly…

I’m in Stampready. I have multiple templates in Stampready so the issue is isolated to the Ember template. I uploaded the ZIP file, started editing it, and then wanted to edit out some stuff in the code—-but it doesn’t allow me too. I’ll make the change in the HTML editor, and then it’ll just revert back to whatever the values were when I uploaded it.

Is there some kind of lock that you placed on the code so that it can’t be changed? I mean I can pull it into my email client and edit it in the source, but I really wanted to be able to do that in Stampready.

Thanks, Not Sure What’s Wrong.

Great item Great work, good luck :)

Hi, beautiful theme. I purchased it and when I edit it via Live Preview and then click on the Export button in the left sidebar the Export to Desktop has a lock on it and does not allow me to export it to my desktop even though I purchased it and even registered on your site and I am logged in. How do I export the theme after I finish editing it via Themeforest > Live Preview ???

Thank you, Jon

Hello Jon,

You should add archive stampready folder. (index.html, thumbnails folder, img folder). Then upload to StampReady. You can edit and export in StampReady builder.

Hi thanks for the quick reply, however the documentation is different than what you are saying to do. Can you please explain it better in more detail so I can edit the template and then export it.

Thanks, Jon
