Whenever I download the theme with documentation the file continuously says cannot be expanded. But the wordpress downloadable file expands with no problem. I need the documentation for the theme.

You can edit the row background by clicking on the pencil icon at the top right of your section in the backend, to access the row settings

If you mean the “last photos” widget, it shows the last uploaded photo from the albums post type as is. You can’t change them.

HI just purchased your product. Parallax effect seems to not be working on one page installation. When click on link #media or #home. Page just fades in and out. It does not scroll to anchor via parallax.
Also is there a way to have the single video for example on the one page LAST OFFICIAL VIDEO to play automatically?

Your website is a blank page.. About your issue, be sure that it is not due to a 3rd party plugin issue. For example, as the theme is designed to work with visual composer, it is not ocmpatible with Wolf Shortcodes.

Another big problem is about sidebar blog, i have insert any widget, and in my blog i can choose to use sidebar and works fine..
but now this same sidebar is also appeared in the pages of tour dates, but impagnata malisimo, not a my choice, and I do not find a way to remove it (attach screenshots)

I just bought this package. It says it comes with psds but I only got a psd of the logo and a background image. Should I be getting template psds?

I didn’t use any psd file to design the theme besides the one included in the theme package. The theme design has been developped with CSS directly. Otherwise, I would have advertise the pds files as “Layered PSD” in the theme descritption.

In this case, you can re-import the content. The content shouln’t be duplicated

I see that your support forum it’s offline so i write here my 2 very serious issues (site: http://www.frajamb.it).
1-The visual composer stop working after using the code for the tour dates. I tried to deactivate all the plugins, also the third parties ones (SEO by Yoast, W3 Total Cache, WP-SpamShield) but nothing, in the pages I can see the button with the logo of the Visual Composer, but clicking on it it’s effect-less. I can only use the classic editor to write the content.
2- I just discover that the video page (http://frajamb.it/video-rap-italiano/) is offline for no reason. It worked since 30 mins ago. Any suggestions?

1. There is no know issue about this. Pls be sure that the tour dates plugin and visual composer are up to date (the latest version of VC can be found in the includes/admin/plugins folder and the tour dates plugin can be found here http://wolfthemes.com/plugin/wolf-tour-dates/)
2. It seems that you’re page is here, but you should look at the page header settings.. Looks like the header background is missing.

As I said to another user I experienced a few glitch with SEO by Yoast plugin when keywords are set, even with the Wordpess default theme… I will investigate this issue further but I suspect that this is something that must be fixed on the plugin author side..
Thank you for investigate. However, the strange is that I used VC for a while and SEO by Yoast (that you recommends in the documentation for the SEO) was active since the beginning. Also, as I wrote before I tried to deactivate all the plugins except VC, without finding a solution. Hello, I’ve purchased the Decibel theme and thanks for a great one. But can you tell me why these two warnings appeared (and persist in my admin header) after activating the theme and installed/activated all the suggested plugins? It’s OK then. Anyways, just to let you know for future releases, I have the latest versions of WP (4.2.2) and Decibel theme (1.3.4 with original date/time of functions.php 2015/06/01 13:18) and the warnings are still there… Cheers!

Now I’m in the import phase of content-data.zip and the process gives a fatal error (see image link).
http://imgur.com/uTgiA4iBefore this, I did all the needed settings from Troubleshooting from your manual (asked for max_execution_time = 1200 and max_input_vars = 9000 from my hosting provider) but still gives this error.
The process still goes to 100%, but I think is not OK though because my content is not similar with what you have in the demo site.
Besides this, if I make changes to the menu and save, is all broken.
I verified the parameters on server using phpinfo() and they are modified as I (your install document) asked.
I need help or at least a word of advice please because I must finish this site until June 10th. Thank you in advance.

Hello! We’ve purchased the theme for a client and we are really delighted. Great job! However we do face 2 problems:
a. On Home Page and Tour page the backend crashed when we tried to edit. Almost anything disappeared while the code turned… white! We copy-pasted the code to new page BUT the problem appeared to next pages too. The frequency of this is totally random, however it happened 2 times in a row on Tour page. (ss here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/r0ax2jkiuz5u6yl/backend_crashing_decibel.jpg?dl=0 )
b. Videos don’t play on mobile devices although at home slider we’ve added both formats (mp4, ogv , webm)
Please take a look as soon as possible because our deadline is really tight. We would really really appreciate it.

a. There is no known issue about this. This bug probably comes from a 3rd party plugin. Try to deactivate all your plugins and activate them one by one to find out which one is causing this. Please note that I don’t provide support for 3rd party plugins
b. As most mobile device don’t handle video background very well, it is disabled.

We figured it out in the end, it was indeed a plugin issue. It was the Yoast plugin that caused the pages’ backend to crash. Since we removed it, everything works like a charm again. Too bad because we’ve used Yoast at every single site we’ve made so far.
I guess we have to find an alternative SEO plugin solution.

Hello again.
We have a new issue. After we updated the theme we can’t find the Google Analytics code box. If we are not mistaken it normally is located in Theme Options->General . Well it isn’t there anymore. We also checked our traffic directly from our Google Analytics panel and we found out that the last 2 days the tracking “broke down”, although we didn’t make any changes to the website.
We are still testing our plugins, but nothing worked until now.
Do you have any clue why this happened?

I had to remove the “tracking code” option because of themeforest requirements.
This feature must be in a plugin and not in a theme.
However, you will find a Javascript code option, that you can use to paste your google analytics.

Hi! i just installed wp decibel theme and i have imported the demo content. My website is allinbcnband.com, I have not changed anything yet because as you can see, in the menu only appears the “home” page and social icons, but, if you do the window more smaller, the other pages appear. Having the same problem as negoalex. Blank wp-admin after update, frontend works fine.
The error when inspecting the page is 500 internal error. Reverting fixed it. I need to update, wolf home slider shows a white band when on Windows Phone.

HI there, I have problems installing the Theme (using Wordpress 4.2.2.). When I try to install it via .zip file, it finishes the uplpoad and then cancels the whole process asking “are you sure you want to proceed?” (something like that in German…). Only thing I can do is go back.
When trying to install it via FTP it works out pretty well but then I have the problem that I can’t upload media assets properly. When I try to upload a picture for example, it always shows the “broken file” preview in the media manager.
So which way should I go? Try to install it somehow (Are there problems known with 4.2.2.?) or install it via FTP and then try to fix the media manager thing?
