Hey First of all: Great theme! A question: I’ve set the website layout to “boxed” and the header to “fixed on scroll” The header becomes full width after scrolling instead of continue being boxed. Is there a setting I’m missing? is there a way to show a boxed header on scroll?

I’m trying to change the Custom Home Building Process section. I can not figure out where you have the short descriptions that are on the home page. Can you tell me where I can change those descriptions?

Two more questions on the Custom Home Building Process, how do you sort them in the order you want? I changed the published dates and times to make them one minute apart and then I also changed the order numbers under page attributes. Neither of these seem to change the sort order. Second, how can I change the heading color for each of the processes on the carousel?

Yes, I’m using the Page Children item that you had in the demo files. I basically changed the pages you had there, but added two more for a total of 8 pages. I just want to get them in the correct order.

I have a question please. I had my developer buy and install the theme but I’m struggling with the header text change. I have arabic and English versions. When I changed the page titles for some pages the header text changed automatically, except for “projects” menu despite I have changed them too. Is there a way I can directly edit all header text altogether?

Hello, I am wondering why when I upload a new logo and then save, the new logo does not display on all of the pages right away. Some pages need to be refreshed multiple times before the new logo shows. Some pages are still not displaying the new logo hours later. All pages are set to the transparent header and the logo uploaded for both the transparent logo and website logo are the same but displaying different ones on different pages.

I got this plugin as part of the WPCharming Construction theme.
I have an issue where if I try to use this plugin to create a grid using the Portfolio Post Type plugin (part of the theme) the categories don’t appear and then I can’t save the grid because no categories are selected.
Does this mean that custom posts are not supported at all?

When I build visual page with texts, I cannot save it. There is a button “upgrade” but it does not save my options in visual composer and the page does not look like I built it in visual composer.
Which page are you referring to? page editing or visual composer setting page?
I mean plugin WPBakery Visual Composer
Because the Visual Composer plugin is free bundle in the theme so you can use VC auto update features, you will need to manual update it.
The latest version of visual composer is included in latest theme file : construction/inc/plugins.

Hello, I’ve find a bug with the “Featured Box”: the checkbox for open in a new tab doesn’t work becouse target=”_blank” isn’t added in the a tag. I think it doesn’t work becouse _blank it’s added inside the URL. Thanks
Hi, yes we did not add the target to the HTML link yet and we are consider to add it in next version, it’s because the issue between Visual Composer and the WordPress Link popup function.

It’s breadcrumb, if you already install breadcrumb plugin then you can go to Page Settings under page editor screen and turn breadcrumb ON.

Hello, I saw in an earlier comment that you said to change the color of the header, you would need to go into Custom CSS to do that. Can you tell me what I would need to enter into the Custom CSS if I just want to turn the header black? This is really a nice theme and has been pretty easy to work with!
What header layout you are using? normal header or transparent?
Header1 – Default. I guess I’m using the normal header, because transparent is not checked. I clicked on select color, choose black & saved. When I view the page, the header is a gradient black to white. The only way I can get it to go to black is to Theme Options>Styling>Change Site Background to Black. That changes the main nav bar at the top to black, but also the rest of the page as well. Any ideas to just change the main nav black? Even something that can be added in the Custom CSS? thanks!
If you are using Header 1 – Default with no transparent effect ( Like our Home Extended demo ) you can change the header background in Theme Option -> Header.
