I purchased the theme, when trying to upload and install on wordpress.org it said the theme failed installing, “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.” Please respond ASAP I need to get done with this today.

Please make sure the file you downloaded is the theme install file. If you download the full package ( theme plus document, demo data, etc. ) you’ll have to extract it first then install the file: noo-medicus.zip

The appointment form is created by Contact Form 7 so you can customize that form as you want. However, I’m not sure about select branch, we don’t have it on our theme.

Having some serious problems with the functionality. Really pretty for the demo but it doesn’t seem there is any where to access:
- Actual timetable creation - Appointment scheduling
I have poured through your documentation as well as all the menus and attempted the troubleshoot myself to no avail. It does say there is a timetable feature included, but I do not have a plugin or built in settings to adjust information in the table supplied with the demo.

Nice theme but questions before buying:
Could you please tell me if it’s possible to:
1) create a new categorie for doctors ? for example, le’ts say that doctor works in this department. so then, display department’s doctor automatically
2) Define a style color by department ? ( and have one default color )
3) Change the icons of departements ?

1) You can create new categories for doctors. You can also set which department the doctor is belong to, then on the department page, the doctor will display automatically.
2) No, there’s no option to define a style color by department. You can only choose color for department on the Schedule.
3) You can change the icon of department.

About the Home Services Slider, can i edit it and change it style ? ( I don’t need the vertical rows with icones )
It’s the unique style of our theme, if you don’t like it, you can use the Revolution Slider to create your own slider.
